Developing A Leadership Plan For Professional Growth

Reflection

From my section, I observed that leadership is a way of leading to the specified person to meet specified aim and objectives. Further, I obtain many opportunities because of my suitable leadership skills. These kinds of opportunities could be imperative for reshaping my life (Bolden, 2011).  Moreover, it is evaluated that the leadership skills facilitates me conduct suitable behaviour with others. Moreover, it is examined that a leader could face many issues at the time of leading team members.  A leader could need to improve their many skills with respect to the leadership to attain aim and objectives. Moreover, team leader has a crucial role in making a different image of the organization in the marketplace (Eisenhardt & Martin, 2000).  Moreover, it is evaluated that as a leader I was accountable for making a trust between workforces and reach the valid conclusion.  Moreover, I worked in the communication department wherein I taught many things related to leadership. I performed my duty as a team leader in the group sometimes that was very complicated for me. Currently, I direct ten number of people to reach a reliable conclusion. I faced many problems at the time of leading my group member to reach at the valid conclusion (Erkutlu, 2012).  Nowadays, I observed that each member of the team is free to share anything to me that was very effective for making a reliable relationship with others. I was not capable to comprehend the issues of others that as very typical for me to retain my group member as well making a relationship with others.  Hence, I started to conduct a small meeting with my employees and consider them in the decision-making making. It was very effective for improving my communication skills and relationship with my teammates (Fausing, Jeppe Jeppesen, Jønsson, Lewandowski, & Bligh, 2013).  Through this method, I was also able to spend my time for my group members as it was imperative to deal with employee’s conflicts and making a realistic decision. In this journey, I taught many things related to the leadership that was supportive to accomplish my task and making a huge amount of profit. Moreover, I practised the democratic leadership style for leading my team members and reach them at a reliable place whether they deserve. For the accomplishment of the desired goal in limited time, I think to make weekly and monthly target for my group members. I thought that weekly target could remind to the actuality of the employee performance but after sometimes I realized that my team members are confronted form pressure and stress due to nit achieving their target. Hence, I stop to imply the weekly plan for my team mates for reducing their short-term stress. For eliminating the employee stress, I practised monthly target that was effective for both employees as well as the organization (Foti, Hansbrough, Epitropaki, & Coyle, 2017). Moreover, it is examined that feedback is effective for a tool for the success of the team as it facilitates to collect the opinion and views of others towards our shortcomings. Moreover, my team use 360-degree feedback method that was imperative for me to eliminate the organizational issues and meet a reliable conclusion. 360-degree feedback method is emphasized to collect the opinion of senior managers towards performance. From the application of this method, each employee is accountable for giving their real feedback towards the group members to decline their shortcomings. This technique was significant for me because it facilitates to make transparency in the team and enhanced each member of the employee (Roy & Abaid, 2016). Due to the part of the communication team department, I realized that communication is an imperative tool for solving any issue in the least time. It could increase the probabilities of success in the marketplace. I used open communication to decline the issues of conflict form the organization. From the use of open meeting, I was capable to work on each individual shortcoming and strength that was effective for increasing possibilities of getting higher profit. Furthermore, it directs to enhance trust between the teammates. In this section, I was able to enhance my leadership capabilities to get a favourable outcome. I requested to my executives to give their proper opinion and improve their skills of leadership in an appropriate way.

On behalf of Gallup’s test, I am very recuperative. This ability facilitated me to make a favourable decision in the context of the existing situation. As a team leader, I was accountable for gaining my understanding of many factors named customer relationship management, marketing, hardcore sales, and public relations. Moreover, we decided to be a self-sustaining team in the next 5 months. Furthermore, I was very confident towards my every activity due to a higher position in the group. It was very craziest thing for me that I play a leadership role in the organization. I analysed that different leaders have used different leadership style because of their convenience and characteristics that could be a major task for the organization as the leadership style could directly impact the organizational preference. Further, the stability of the motivation level in the working place could also be a major task of the organization to meet their organizational task (Lopez-Cabrales, Bornay-Barrachina, & Diaz-Fernandez, 2017).

But, after sometimes, I do research on the same and could capable to comprehend how the team will work and how they will achieve their target. Apart from that, it is also evaluated that the leaders should have a distinct personality as well characteristics that I have also which makes me positive and feel different firm others (Rothaermel, 2015). I always work on doing something in a unique way that makes me creative as well as my team members.
