The following regulation states that the employees of the organization needs to be informed about the different dangers in the workplace and practice safe workplace practices for ensuring the safety of the employees. The training program that is prepared by the management of the organizations must be well structured and effective enough to help the organizations face the challenging health situations easily without any problems. Training and education of these different safety procedures must start with a proper form of orientation. An effective and sound orientation policy allows the users to communicate the philosophy of the owners and the management of the organizations, follow the proper set of rules and regulations, innovate and practice different new forms of good and effective working habits amongst the employees.

  1. The managers must train the new as well as the old employees working in the organization in the proper use of the different equipments and safe methods to perform their jobs easily
  2. On a period basis the managers must also receive the management training to stay updated about the new procedures or technologies that are going to be adopted by the organization.
  3. As mentioned earlier the managers must see whether each of the single employees has received the safety instructions of the organizations and must immediately provide training to those who have not received the training
  4. The managers must make the new trainees and employees familiar with the safety rules of the organization

The training plan must include safe work practices to ensure the primary safety of the employees in the workplace. The areas that it must cover include;

  1. New Employee Safety Orientation
  2. Both General and Distinct Safety Rules
  3. The process and different ways to report the different workplace hazards and accidents

As mentioned earlier the managers have the sole responsibility to manage the employees and ensure their safety. Thus the plan must involve safety features for the employees. Some of them are;

  1. Safety rules of the employment must be followed by each and every of the employee and not following them will lead to disciplinary action by the management of the employees
  2. Unsafe working conditions are a threat to the employees and it is the duty of the managers to ensure that work conditions are quite safe
  3. The providence of safety training is a must for the employees of the organization
  4. Mechanical and standard set of rules must also be fixed by the organization in case of any breach of security
  5. Workplace Hazardous Material Information System should be present to communicate the employees for any sort of risks involved
  6. As mentioned earlier the evacuation in emergency must also be there in the safety list

  8. The company must also mention the types of health or accident related benefits or policies to the employees of the organization
  9. The employees from their part must report work related injuries or illnesses that too the most slight ones to the manager or the supervisor just after the occurrence of the accident so that those can be reviewed by the health and safety department of the management and also take adequate steps
  10. The employee must also not follow any procedures in the job that is not authorized to avoid any complex situations

The regulation and safety procedure insures the health and safety of the employees working in the organization. This refers to;

  1. Following safe work practices
  2. Reporting different unsafe practices and the conditions in the workplace
  3. Using proper and effective machines to avoid accidents
