PMI Implementing Organizational PM PM Appendices X2 & X3; This portfolio mainly focusses on the significance of continuous improvement plan for the various business organizations. It is identified that continuous improvement plan is one of the set of activities that is mainly designed for brining various types of ongoing improvements on products, services as well as  on various processes with the help of constant measurement, action as well as review. It is generally utilized within the project for achieving proper quality so that proper revenue can be gained from the business. It is identified that for making the quality program successful, it is very much necessary to utilize proper tools and techniques.

It is identified that the chapter on modern development in context to project management growth mainly helps in defining how the practice of project management practice is mainly evolving continuously.

I have learnt that for gaining proper as well as effective commercial success in context to continuous improvement in the companies it is very much necessary for the companies to utilize proper 7QC tools as well as techniques. From this tools, it is identified that two tools are mainly used for both identification as well as analysis whereas three tools are present which are mainly utilized for identification.

The tools that are only utilized for identification are listed below:

• Flow chart and
• Check Sheet

The tools that are mainly utilized for analysis are generally listed below:

• Histogram
• Scatter plot and
• Control chart

Q1. Personal life continuous improvement plan  With the help of personal improvement plan, I believed in the continuous improvement plan. The concept of continuous improvement plan is quite helpful in making oneself better in context to different perspective. I have analyzed that by utilizing continuous improvement plan one can be able to gain effective knowledge as well as skills different sectors that not only enhance the capabilities of an individual but also improve the ability of work in context to different sectors. In my personal life, I have achieved continuous improvement which has helped me.  Self –continuous improvement will be quite useful as it generally helps in providing proper level of opportunities for becoming one of the self-aware person. It is identified that by attending all the lecture classes I analyzed that I am able to improve my knowledge as well as thinking continuously which would help me in my future.

Importance of Quality for Business Success

How quality affect continuous improvement plan  Quality is defined as one of the significant term within the business. It is found that in spite of both size as well as complexity of the organization, business quality is generally considered as one of the significant term that is quite significant in order to achieve success. Quality is considered as one of the critical standard that generally helps in satisfying the customers in order to retain their loyalty so that they be able to utilize the service that is provided by the organization.  Quality assists in managing the reputation of the company, it assists in meeting the expectations of the customers as well as helps in meeting the industry standards.

It is found that quality generally helps in creating positive impact on the continuous improvement plan of the project. It is identified that it is always not necessary that by continuously improving the plan assists in improving the quality of the project. In order to always maintain the quality, it is the responsibility of the project managers to track the quality on a regular basis in order to take proper steps as well as actions.  I have analyzed that the project quality generally deals within the following :

• It generally assists in meeting the preliminary needs as well as expectations of the customers of the organizations
• It generally helps in managing the organizational brand value as well as reputation of the entire business by providing proper quality of service to the organization.
• Meeting all the standards of the industries
• Lastly, it assists in managing all the costs that is required by the business organizations

 It is identified that quality of the project mainly helps in affecting the continuous improvement plan of the project with the help of several factors that are as follows:

• Effective measurable revenue of the organization
• With the help of competitive advantages
• Reputation as well as brand value
• By attracting consumers as well as customers.

What processes have introduced to ensure deliver quality?  Previously, the quality improvement program was mainly utilized in different industries. The actions of the entire business can be generally helpful in implementing the quality improvement successfully within the entire project. It is found that in traditional days, graphical problem solving methodologies are mainly utilized for improving the quality of the program.

It is identified that for ensuring the quality, it is quite important for the manufacturer to analyze the factors as well as outcomes that are generally provided below:

I have analyzed that each of the business organization have proper management committee who are generally responsible of taking appropriate actions that are generally necessary for developing the plan of the quality management in order to provide proper as well as appropriate sustainability to the various business organizations. From the lecture 9, I have learnt the importance as well as significance of continuous improvement plan within the project for gaining long term business sustainability as well as for improving the quality of the project. I have learnt that for gaining continuous improvement for the organizations 7QC tools and techniques are mainly utilized. Out of the 7QC tools, 2 of the tools and techniques are used for identification and the other 2QC tools for analysis. In addition to this, the other 3 tools are generally used for both analysis as well as identification. It is also analyzed by me that continuous improvement is not only advantageous only in the project but it also necessary in the real life. Proper continuous improvement in personal life assists in achieving proper success and helps in enhancing the capability of working of an individual in different sectors. Furthermore, the quality plays a great role in the business for achieving success. It is found that the quality of the project mainly assists in meeting the expectations as well as needs of the customers, industries as well as helps in meeting the overall budget that is required within the business. Additionally the quality helps in improving both brand value as well as reputation of an organization. Quality generally helps in affecting the continuous improvement plan. However, it is identified that continuous improvement plan not always helps in improving the quality and in order to maintain the quality it is the responsibility of the project manager to get involve in the project and take appropriate actions so that the quality of the project can be properly improved. Moreover, in order to ensure the quality that the business manufacturers can be generally analyzed with the help of the factors including production increment, quality improvement, cost decrement as well as timely delivery of the products as well as services. Every of the business organizations wants to maintain proper quality and for this they must have quality management committee who generally will involve in taking appropriate actions that are generally needed for managing quality nad for providing long term sustainability within the various business organizations.
