Different models, which I have learned during the session has been highlighted in the study. Depending on the learning, I have discussed the importance of the class in developing my learning skills. At the end of the study, I have mentioned the importance of the effectiveness of the event.

In the first week, I have learned about the event called project designing, which has been defined to be in an appropriate manner. I have learned that the project designing is being considered as the early phase in which the structure, key features, success criteria and deliverables are being planned. Depending on the requirement, the unique designs are being introduced through the project designing plan (Epstein and Lind 2017). After discussing the definition of the project designing, in the event the importance Its uses have been highlighted. It has been clarified that in the current scenario, it has become very important for the organization to develop the effective project designing in the project management practices. Not only for the organizational benefits but also it is very important in the case of any kind of operational practices. I have realised in this learning process that through the project designing practices the creativity, as well as the uniqueness of mine, can get developed. Five steps of the project designing phrases have been highlighted during the learning period.

Stage 1: In the first stage the problem is being defined in an appropriate manner.

Stage 2: Research and development are very important in order to develop the effective design. It has been analyzed by me that the background research on the particular topic is required.

Stage 3: This stage is very important for the developers as in this stage the actual problem is being identified. In this process, the requirements are being specified, and the solution is being chosen depending on the needs.

Stage 4: In this process, the work is being developed. Depending on the planning the implementation practices are being started by the developers. By building the prototype, the developer tries to develop the effective plan.

Stage 5: It is the final step, in which after testing the plans the necessary changes are being included. I believe, it is the very important stage in which both the positive and negative sides of the design are being identified.  

Importance of Project Designing Process

I have learned that planning and designing are very important for developing an effective program. I this press the ultimate goal and objectives are being set depending on which the entire operations are being done. In this process, the strategies are being introduced, which plays an important role in developing the design.  The significance of the process of project design is to implement effective strategies so that the ultimate objectives can get achieved. I believe that the significance of the project design is to introduce the standard quality of performance. Through the continuous development, the project design practice helps to develop the knowledge. I have learned that through designing the project the interconnection between the knowledge and development. I have learned that ptojec6t designing is very important I order to address the knowledge and capability of a person. The major significance of the project designing is it helps to specify the ultimate result before the work begins. It is also very important in order to control the changing process. I believe that the project designing is important as it helps to deal with the challenges and risks. It helps to test the solution against the quality.

During the learning practices, I have also learned about different models of the event. In the first week, I have learned about the waterfall methodology, Interactive methodology and Spiral methodology models.

Waterfall methodology

Waterfall model is being considered as the important as an important approach of project management. It has been mentioned that the following activities are being highlighted towards the ultimate goal. By following this model the problems are being defined in an appropriate manner. It aims to identify the right way by following which the chances of reworking can be reduced. It is also true that in this process the final requirements can get fulfilled.

In this model, the 5 steps have been mentioned. In the first step, the requirements are being identified. Depending on the requirement the proper plan is being designed. After designing the strategy, the proper implementation of the planning is being done. After the verification of the process, the maintenance of the planning is being done.

Interactive model

In the case of interactive learning, the students get the chance to get engaged in the planning (Höhna et al. 2016). In the interactive learning process, the problem solving skills of the learners get developed. On the other hand, it can be said that the consumers play an important role in the case of dealing with the communication issues. Introducing the different communication methods the developers can get the chance to deal with the challenges regarding the interactive issues. Hence, it can be said that the interactive model is very important in the case of influencing the changes which are being panned in order to mitigate the communication-related risks. I have identified that in this process of developing the project design, the communication tools are very effective.

Different Models of Project Designing – Waterfall, Interactive and Spiral Methodology

Spiral model

The spiral model is being considered as the combination of the interactive and waterfall model. In this model, both the communication skills and planning skills are being developed.  In each and every phrase of the model, the goals are being designed. In the year 1986, Barry Boehm developed the Spiral model (Boehm et al. 2014). It starts with the little set of requirements. In this model, the requirements go through the development phase where the requirements are being set. The additional requirements are being added in the increasing spirals, where the production phrase is being highlighted. Therefore it can be said that in the spiral model the potential risk is being identified. Depending on the potential risks the effective steps are being developed for mitigating the issue. The model includes the cost estimating, iteration and the schedule of the design.

In the initial stage, I was literally scared regarding the project designing practices. As the project designing was very tough for me to understand and it was really very boring to me. As per my understanding, the project designing process was only about planning and designing. After joining the classes, I have learned that it is not only about the designing, but also it helps to identify the problem. Depending on the effective project designing process I have learned how the research. As in the designing steps of the project I have learned that after identification of the problem, the background research is very important. In this process, the research skills can get developed. On the other hand, I believe, this process is very important in the case of developing the interactive skills. The significant of the event is it has helped to increase the creativity of the mine. After joining the event, I have learned to develop my skills so that I can get the chance to deal with the external risks.

In the interactive model, I have learned that using the different communication tools the communication-related issues can get solved. On the other hand, I believe, if I will be able to learn the model in an effective manner it will help me to develop good relationships with others. In the case of professional development, I believe that my leadership qualities can also get developed by understanding the proper project designing process.  As per my understanding, the event was very effective for me in developing my planning skills. It is also very important for bringing the creativity in me. In the project designing process, the innovative skills of mine will get developed. I have also learned different communication skills, which will help me in the future for dealing with different challenging situations.

 In the above analysis, I have mentioned the significance of the project designing event. In the high part, I have mentioned my experiences regarding the 1sr week learning practices. It has been identified by me that it will help me to develop my learning skills. In the interactive model, I have learned that communication skills are very important in the case of implementing the project designing process. It has been identified by me that the project is not being developed by a single person; it is about the group of people who have individual responsibilities in the project designing process. The event has helped me to understand that project designing practices can help me to develop my innovative skills. Hence, I can say that the event was beneficial for me to understand the project designing skills.  

Reflection and self-assessment is one of the major parts of a personality development plan and programme which is an important source to get all the desired and required information for the assessment of the task (Moon 2013). The reflection of the tasks that are made to make sure that each of the aspects of the reflection and self-assessment are given in the apt manner to make sure that the group on whom the reflection is being done can make out their flaws and strengths in the course of the study

In the summation of the ten-week plan, I learnt many things about the project designing and management which made me have a brief idea about the overall study that is being conducted by the organization for the basic assessment of the task. There are a number of things that are being done me as a group of four people in the assignment and tasks that are being given in the case. The ten week work that has been done by us as a group of four is to make sure that all the work that has been assigned are done in a deliberate manner.

The ten week summation of the work done by the student can be seen in the following terms. The ten week summation is to be assessed based on the work given to the group of people and also to deliberately assess the need to implement these kind of tasks that are being given. Each of the task that has been provided in the module are being assessed in the manner which make sure to have the required sects in the manner. The ten week summation plan include the formation of the group and working according to the schedule. The preparation of the presentation after analysing the required parts is to be done to make sure that each of the parts that are given in the work module are assessed. The ten week presentation is to be made sure to have the adequate information regarding the work that is being done in the manner.

The Significance of Project Designing Practices – Creativity and Innovation

Learning through reflection is one of the most important facts in the self-assessment work which has been described here. The way in which the following has been done is to make sure that I get to know all about my faults and can rectify them according to the needs. The self-assessment learning is to make sure that each of the tasks that has been done is perfect and meets all the requirements. The self-assessment and learning is to maintain the personality development of the plan and also to measure the changes that are there in the module of the work.

In terms of the development of the personality, the self-assessment and learning holds one of the major portions of the point as it helps me to analyse the changes that needs to be done according to the requirements and also the lacking that are there in my character and work mode.

In the reflection part, I have chosen the Gibbs Model that has helped me to learn the various phases of the work and also analyse and effect the works better in the designed places. The Gibbs Model is one of the best models for analysing the work and also to have ample knowledge about the whole system and make the things available to them (Boud, Keogh and Walker 2013). The reflective model selection is really important as with the required model, the analysis or self-evaluation can be done in the proper manner.

I have chosen the Interactive model for the working as one of my biggest weakness is the reserved nature and my failure to communicate well with the people who are unknown to me. This makes me one of the most reserved persons at first which poses my image in front of others to be very snobbish and lacking the talent to communicate well. The Interactive model will help me to communicate well with the people are also to make sure that each of the persons whom I meet get to know my actual nature.

The model determination is very important in the whole matter as with the required and correct model, I will be eligible to make my decisions better and also to have required strengths and access over the work which I am eligible to do. The model that has been chosen by me are measured in terms of the competency of my work and reflected as per the needs of the task that has been assigned to me.

The Role of Communication in the Interactive Model

The Gibbs Model states that every phase and event needs to be thought in a manner that would help the person conducting the reflective study to be assessed based on the headings and the pointers described. The Gibbs Model states that the model is a cyclical model that helps us to maintain the level of description and analysis of the events and the future plans that are there in the organization. The model helps to think about the phases or cycle that are there in the whole period and makes the understanding of the required period of time.

According to the personality development model, I learnt the ideas of communicating to the general mass of people and to be more focussed on the work as a result of which to be able to achieve the goals with ease. The Gibbs Model helps to understand the problems that I have in my arena and to maintain the said problems in the course of time. The reflective model helps to understand and analyse the theories and models that should be considered in the prolonged time span.

According to the personality development plan, the evaluation and the analysis of the personality of my own case helps me to understand the places I need to improve on and also to make out the problems that I have and also the solutions that I can achieve with the changed and improved acquirements of the techniques.

The Gibbs Model focusses on the reflection and the analysis of the self-events which in turn is different from the previous of my experiences by the means that previously I used to be more reserved with the people whom I do not know but with continuous effort, this trait of mine has improved to a great extent and has helped me to achieve my goals and dreams in the proper manner (Runco 2014). I am now able to communicate with people who are not familiar to me in every way and with ease. This has helped me to have better skills of communication and able to make way for the reflective ideas on the Gibbs Model in an effective manner. In my ten week seminar, the reflection is based on the work that I did in the longer period of time which has helped me to get well communicated with both the people in my zone as well as the people who are beyond my knowledge.

Personality Development Plan using Reflection and Self-assessment

The model has helped me to gain knowledge in my communication skills that has helped me to get ample scope to have the required basis in the sense. The Interactive Model that I have applied in my group presentation has helped me to see if I achieve my skills and knowledge in the said matter. The Gibbs Model on the other hand has helped me to know about the analytical style and model that has made the reflection and the assessment of the knowledge and skills better (Ickman and Cheng 2013). The communication of the matter has made the analytical skills and the reflection of the knowledge better in every way of the term.

The new knowledge that I have gained in the analysis of the Interactive and Gibbs Model of the sources has helped me to gain ample knowledge about the processes and the facts that are required for the better way of my knowledge. The problems that I had in terms of the communication and interacting with the people who are not close to me or beyond the knowledge has made well aware of the flaws that I have in terms of the interaction and communication problems given to me. This has made me aware of the issues that I need to address to make the whole process of knowledge and the interaction with the people important in the part.

Conclusion 

In conclusion, it can be stated that with proper communication and interaction skills and with the implant of the proper personality development model to overcome all the issues for the case, it can be said that, the communication skills and the interactive techniques receive the height in the prolonged matter. The concluding statement of the fact states that with the proper technique and model overview it becomes very important for me to get over the flaws that I have and to maintain the level of knowledge and skills in the required span of time. Therefore, in the concluding statement it can be stated that with the implementation of the proper technique and strategy, I can overcome my weakness and imply the strength that I have and build a better technique of sense.

In order to work as an efficient human resource manager, I have to include certain analysis of the personality development programme and also include the weakness and rectify them according to the plans stated. There are a number of ways in which the personality development plan can be done with the required strengths and other factors in the same manner (MacDonald 2012).

Summation of 10-Week Work on Project Designing and Management

In the SOAR analysis, the following strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results can be assessed which are as follows. In terms of strength, I feel that my strengths include Yielding, Compromising, Communication, Problem Solving, Assertiveness, Confidence, Management skills, Talent management and Training and development process allocation which can help me to achieve my target in the longer run. The opportunities that I will get the opportunity to be an efficient human resource manager. The strengths that are possessed by me in my learning will help me to access the opportunities in the workplace in multiple ways. The work and the project designing programmes that are being taught in the 10 week programme has to be assessed which will ultimately provide the scope to work better and also to make sure that the work requirements are being fulfilled. To be a successful Human resource manager, the following strengths are required for making the work done in a successful way.

I aspire to be a successful human resource manager and so I have to implement my skills and other features to make the work going. The future plan is to be a perfect human resource manager and to make sure that all the skills needed for the successful human resource management is being done in the proper manner. In addition, I aspire to become one of the best employer of my organization to make sure that each of the task allocated to me in terms of the recruitment and processing of the human resource management is being done in a proper manner. My short term plan is to learn and better myself at every occasion whereas my long term goal is to make use of the learnt matter and use them in the preferred design to make sure that each of the task assigned to me is deliberate.

As a result of my strengths and the things that I will learn during my learning process, I will become a successful human resource manager which will be beneficial for my company as I will make sure to take the actual talents from the employees and place them in the organization. I will complete my aspirations by making sure to use my strengths in the process and learning and overcoming my weakness in the matter of fact.

Secondly, the SMART analysis of the task is done where I needed to answer some of the questions related to the human resource management that is to be possessed. The things that I need to work on are related to get less reserved and improve my communication skills accordingly. In addition, I need to get focussed on the work and achieve my goals in the manner. The SMART analysis focusses on each of the problems in the deliberate manner –

To be open to the public, I need to be more communicative and assess my goals by the means of communication. I have to make sure to do my work and also be open to the public and make the people believe that I am good at communication and all my purposes. I need to indulge in a personality development programme and need to communicate more with my colleagues and fellow workers. The whole process will take around 1 month to do so.

The second thing that I need to do is to be more focussed on the work. For the successful implementation of the plan, I will have to work diligently and make sure that each of the work assigned to me are as per the requirements. I will have to indulge in a training session to make sure that the work that is being assigned is well understood and done according to the given profile. I will measure my success based on the fact that I am less deviated from the work that is being assigned to me and deliver my work according to the schedule given. For the successful doing of the task, I will need 15 days mainly to assess and proceed with the work that is being assigned.

The third thing that I need to focus on in the SMART analysis is to achieve my goals after overcoming my weakness. There are many weakness that I need to overcome and work on to make sure that the work and the post that is being assigned to me is being done in a proper manner. Then, I have to make a list of my weakness by self-assessment and also asking my seniors at work and colleagues. This will make me more aware of my weakness and will help me get rid of the same. I need to have a proper access to my weakness and should be able to give adequate time to rectify my mistakes and make amendments of the same. I will measure my success of the work by making sure that all the works that are being assigned to me are done in a correct format with the given amount of time.

In my goals for following 3-5 years, the long term goals are the long term goals include a process to retain in my job and make sure to give the best to my organization and to the company. The long term goals of my personal review is to make sure that each of the aspects of the development is being assessed in the proper manner. In addition, the long term goals also include the aspect to work for the organization in a proper manner to make the level of work ample for the organization and to provide best management in terms of human resource.
