Alpha Hotels, Inc. entered a contract with a TV provider
to receive terrestrial signal by cable at the Alpha-Hotel 1
in Europe. The installation was made to ensure every
room had TV service. The contract did not provide
anything regarding authorization for public broadcasting.
This activity must meet the following formatting
