Report Topics:
Choose an organization which has been operating for more than four years in the market.
As the dimensions of the management process are planning, organizing, leading and controlling,
work in sequence of the process and:
✓ Define how this company circulates toward each step separately and in depth.
✓ Explain the functions, structures, benefits, types, tools, and techniques of each process in that
company.
✓ Mention the achievements, problems, solutions made by the organization and your
recommendations for a better future for them.
In your report, study the company clearly and provide figures and tables, as studied in class.
Formatting notes
• 3,000 words excluding the title page, table of contents, executive summary, figures and
references.
• Font should be Times New Roman, 12
• Fully Justified (Ctrl J)
• Typed in 1.15 spacing with headings (if deemed necessary)
