In this category of the stakeholders, they are not involved in the intrinsic running of the organization yet they are fundamental if there will be a smooth flow and a fair delineation of all the operations in the system. They are key especially in the audit of the resources, funding and the internal management is answerable to it. The entire employee system must respond to their bindings.  In this category of project, the benefactors and the management board of the forum form the external executive part of the stakeholders. Also included in this section off are the programmers and designers of the system which are key in the reality of the system to be brought into action.

Expansion and Trial with Headspace

Each and every organization established is needed to have an impact on the souring society and impact positively the lives of the concerned. When it fails to meet this basic expectation, then it falls below the standard of the normalcy. The external operation shareholders include all those who will have a share of the good things that come as a result of the establishment of the forum, these may include the amenities that are usually erected for the benefit of the member of the society, the roads, water sources and schools. In the real sense, the young people aged 12-15 are the direct participants in this aspect henceforth.

In each and every operational branch of the organization, there must be the backbone leadership system that without which the normal running functions are impaired completely. These are the very core management of the internal affairs of the organization directly in touch with each and everything that intercepts and needs the attention of the company or anything of that sort to be addressed with either side. In this point, the executive forum leaders, the chairperson, clerk, treasurer and the vice chair are determined to form this body of stakeholders.

As minute as this may be seen, it is crucial for the implementation of the basic demand so the premise. The category is in the grassroots doing each and every minute bidding from the top management and they serve at the lowest level to interact with the clients that may be admitted into the forum anytime. If they are not well equipped the entire system may crumble down and be a great shame altogether which is a disaster. Grooming them well and fashioning them for this responsibility will help the organization to stand and exhibit her mandate with exactness without failure whatsoever (Gibson, 2015). Good communication skills should be taught to them to understand how they should take matters and how to coordinate and build up a strong base of teamwork to sustain the organization and further her objectives and goals. Proper orientation in the common duties of life fits them to perform them with a high sense of precision for quality work (Meppem, 2015). A questionnaire in statistics is a series of either open end or closed end option that is desired to achieve a certain objective that the administrator has in reference to the issue at hand in the field (Willis, 2014). In this section of, the questionnaire was channeled to one of the mainstream stakeholders who would be candidly responsible for responding to the demands of the author of the questionnaire (Jupp, 2016). The internal executive stakeholders were found to be the most appropriate level of stakeholders to have the privilege of responding to the questionnaire. The reason remains that they are most responsible for the core operations of the programmer and they are liable for any information they dispense with any other foreigner (Foddy, 2013). They have the mandates and the spirit of the principles that are needed to run the program. Also with the experience they have had in delivering the services to the youth in the span of time, they understand the strengths and the weaknesses that the program has (Wood, 2017). The expectations they may have also are to be well outlined by this party. An open-ended questionnaire system of the questionnaire was chosen by the administrator as will evoke more information needful for the proper ramification of the system at hand.

In the system design and analysis when the use case diagram is employed it demonstrates in great detail major components of the system (sourcemaking, 2018). In this aspect, they are majorly referred to as entities which interact with the system directly or indirectly. A use case diagram shows how different users in the system to be related with the grand system to ensure that all the operations are successful.  In the case of this new project designing and implementations, actors which are the users will be demonstrated in the manner they should interact with each other in the main system.  As a matter of fact, there must be major components which must be interconnected to establish the whole system as a unit.  For that matter, the system to be will be categorized into the following major components:-
