This literature review will focus on nutrition and its impact on having a healthy quality of life. Nutrition is essential for every living being for survival and effective health maintenance for a lifetime. Various seminars and health care professionals will support the people in developing some of the habits that will help overweight people have a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle can be promoted through the support of nutrients. A nutritionist will provide the knowledge in achieving a healthy diet2. A healthy as per the suggestion of a nutritionist, includes an adequate diet, calorie control, and a variety of food that includes various micronutrients and minerals. Knowledge engineering will enable a person to achieve a healthy lifestyle and participate in more physical activities. The knowledge of different kinds of micronutrients and macronutrients can encourage adults and older people to consume a variety of nutrients that will assist in maintaining healthy body weight. Diets are prepared by knowing the person’s eating habits and cultural background as this will enable the person to improve the daily routine of food intake3. Nutrition helps explain the impact of the various kinds of minerals and vitamins on the body; this will support improving the quality of health improvement. Some of the mindful activities that help change the mind made up of the people that turn into thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. The mindfulness practices inspire in making healthy habits. Making workout fun, for example, motivating people to enjoy Zumba, prefer to do outdoor exercise and do yoga. Physical exercises can motivate people in reducing weight. This has been achieved through Motivation; Motivation has enabled a person to build confidence or fit of clothes or a pair of jeans. Focus on the process goals want to accomplish the work. A goal needs to be set by the professionals that will make up the mind of participating in the programme to lose weight. The goal is set on the basis of various factors. The habits of the people have been observed to be changed through the Motivation, people insisted on taking fibre-rich rick diet, and they are also observed to strict on a particular diet to reduce the weight. The mindset of the individual has been changed to lose weight11. Most overweight individuals have been observed in the decision-making process. Nutrition information concerning a healthy lifestyle has impacted the lives of overweight people, and nutritionist encourage consumers to have healthier choices and consume supplementary products for a healthy lifestyle. In research, it has been found that a rise in nutrition knowledge is associated with more consumption of fruit and vegetables; thus, it has improved nutrition education for enhancing the improving dietary behaviour. National Nutrition and Health Program has impacted the people on the pattern of eating behaviour and physical activity. The individual of the age group 12 to 75 has been part of this program12.
