It is obvious for every individual to evaluate his or her strength in order to make sure that they evaluate the proper purpose relevant to the future career. In terms of my future career, the following work will provide insight into the information that I personally have regarding my career option. The following work will also provide strength weakness and difficulties that will actually be discussed in personal development plan activities with the help of contemporary management topics. Discussing my skill, strength, weakness and difficulties and its impact in the future course of business

When discussing my objectivity for future I am to become a business manager. The business manager is one of my objectives to be fulfilled in order to essentially and positively utilise my knowledge in business related aspects. Becoming a business manager is my objective to ensure that the knowledge gained and experienced from the studies that I have made is actually paying off. Becoming business manager requires a proper set of skills that I think I have however needs to be more sharp in order to utilise those in real life. I have pretty well discussed my strength, weakness, skills and difficulties in my previous evaluation. However, a series of detailed evaluation is required in order to actually understand the requirement for the target of becoming a Business manager.

An aspect of becoming a business manager is not just to manage the business work but also to understand related aspects which otherwise would lead to an improper understanding of business work procedure. I have knowledge regarding financial management, marketing and Customer Service Department (Hoover and Harder, 2015). Every aspect of my knowledge related to Financial Management is due to the overall and thorough study of the financial aspect of the business. It is to be understood by every business manager aspirants that finance plays an extremely important role. Financial management helps in effective managing of finances and critically evaluating the need of an organisation to ensure that the business does not run into a loss. Knowledge regarding financial management will help me in forecasting the changes in the cash flow, monitoring profit and loss as well as understanding the self-value of the business. What is knowledge declaration of the tax and Income Tax factors will be easily managed and properly evaluated the certified and financial viability of the business checked properly (Retamal and Schandl, 2018). Having knowledge in financial management or having the skills to manage finance will help me ensure the profitability of the business is properly maintained and the investment is proper in legal places to have a certain amount of return at the required period of time. Understanding of the financial effect does not only fulfil the requirement that I Aspire however it requires proper knowledge in Bank, cash flow and practical report figures to understand the change, Trend and the recent future of the financial aspects of the business.

Becoming a Business Manager: Skills and Knowledge Required

Having knowledge related to marketing and customer service would help in effectively understanding the services of the product. Providing good customer service in the business where I will be acting as a manager will be beneficial if I can support sometimes with the knowledge that I have to manager’s customers (Elms, 2015). Communication and negotiation is another forte that I excel in. Understanding the way to be negotiating with the other management team is one of the knowledge and skills that I have obtained from studying business management. Negotiation will certainly be helpful in terms of evaluative resources in society.

My strength lies in terms of understanding the importance of sales, communication, planning, curiosity and customer focus. All these factors fall under my strength as I have understood the importance of being in terms of business management work (Castagnone, Nazio, Bartolini and Schoumaker, 2015). The important aspect of understanding sales and that I have is driving customers to your business by providing them with a target. With this friend I have proper control over the way the business will run and how to make the objective target of sales that I will be handling. The friend regarding communication helps me cultivate loyal employees that will be important when the organisation will face a hard time in the financial process. Proper communication that is one of my strength also helps in dealing with other business services for making friendly exchanges of information as well as support required for long running business work. Strength of mine is proper planning that helps in Breaking the objective of the business in particular pages for systematic development (Jedlowski, 2016). Planning helps an Organisation support every operation that has to be dealt. With proper planning there is support in terms of risk management, benefit in the understanding of business work, different alternative approaches available for success and the requirement of the business in proper time management tips. Curiosity is another strength that I have and it will help me in understanding the requirement of new technology and their uses that could be brought forward in my business work in future to establish strength in a successful business run.

When understanding and discussing weakness present in me, hesitation to delegation is one of the prime issues that needs to be discussed in a proper manner. Proper evaluation of the delegation is one of the issues or can be termed as a weakness that I need to remove before I become an employed business manager (Walton, 2015). Being all over the place and focusing on a single part relates to another weakness that I must consider to be eradicated. Continuous concentration on a single word is not possible for me and therefore it is listed as a weakness that could be declared in Problem to the important factor of leading of business management. Fear is a factor that must be considered with strong hair as because it destroys the inner confidence and bring out the weaknesses most strongly than ever. Eradication of fear must be under my tab in order to ensure that in future I do not face issues related to fear only (Andriof, Waddock, Husted and Rahman, 2017).

Importance of Financial Management

When discussing about difficulties that I may face in a current period, one must not mix that up with weakness. Weakness is something I cannot overcome and the difficulties get in the path of work in a normal period of time. Few difficulties that I currently have identified are the difficulty of uncertainty and regulation management. The difficulty of uncertainty and regulation management is very common to any other business manager Aspirant in society. Difficulties in evaluating the moral challenges that a business nowadays faces must be properly understood before acting on it to be seen as wanting to be eradicated (Van Dijk, Van Engen, Paauwe, 2012). The recent business is actually facing problem in terms of understanding the global economy and in the global, economy a Temptation to make the work look beautiful and omit information is most common. Such difficulties are also faced by me and must be evaluated properly before acting upon it. Difficulties in terms of competition selection are also evaluated by me and this is something that must be eradicated as soon as possible because in the upcoming business Period there will be competition at every stage of business operation (Mahmoodean, Ashraf and Hassani, 2014).

Keeping in consideration all the important aspect regarding, strength, weakness and difficulties that have been identified by me, we can see that business is not as simple as it is thought of. Identification of the steps that are to be included in order to eradicate the business weakness and the difficulties that are faced in recent times seems to be one of the important aspects that must be considered. Improving the skills and this strength that has been identified will be another aspect to be fulfilled to ensure that the future aspiration of becoming a business manager as a career does not go into vain (Klein and Harrison, 2007). Eradication of issues and development of the identified strength will certainly have an impact in the future course of business activities as it will help me to make myself a better business manager who could lead a business organisation keeping in mind the different aspect that is actually to be actually paid importance to.

Conclusion

From the above work discussed regarding the personal development plan and its aspects, One thing is clear that evaluation of every small detail gives the opportunity to make a better person of oneself. Understanding the required and making changes in order to implement positive changes bring out the best in every individual to succeed in their dreams aspiration.
