I will be developing a policy called the Developing trust and confidentiality policy. This policy will be mainly aimed at initiating workplace equality, justice, and discipline. Each and every employee will have to abide by the rules that will be enlisted under this policy. I will make sure that none of my team members are suffering from a lack of moral support or low confidence. I believe myself to be an empathetic and a transformation leader. So, I will make use that my employees are able to enjoy trust and confidence both internally and externally as well.

They will have to develop a cooperative and helpful nature. There will be no discrimination based on the skin color or the ethnic backgrounds of employees. As Walmart is a huge company, it is a known fact that there will be employees from many different cultural and religious backgrounds. So it is the duty of the employees to make sure that they are helping each other and learning from each other.

Employees will be given full freedom to leave the job as and when they feel like, provided they have logical and reasonable grounds. None of the hierarchies will be able to file any lawsuits for such reasons.

None of the employees will be neglected because of their sexual orientation, economic backgrounds, and social backgrounds or any other such personal areas.

Customer Lifetime Value or the CLV is the financial KPI that I would be initiated in this organization. As we are one of the leading supermarket chains in the USA, we need to measure customer satisfaction at each point of time. This is because, in this modern day scenario, it is really important for making sure that the customers are being satisfied both in terms of quality and quantity. I will make sure that there is a good R&D team that is helping in doing an in-depth market research and analysis.

In other words, the employees will have to learn to be much more responsible and organized with their work. They cannot bring any personal grudges or any ego in their professional fields.

It defines the way I present and maintain myself in my professional ground. Professional Conduct is an umbrella term that signifies the ethics, the code of conduct, respect and cooperation and all other aspects of a sound working for the organization.

I believe that in order to maintain a sound professional conduct I need to make sure that the internal and external conduct of the employees is being maintained properly. I will make sure that there is a feeling of trust and understanding among the individuals. As a leader, I will always try to act for the welfare of my teammates. However, at the same time, I will make sure that I am being able to teach my teammates how to be responsible and accountable for their work.

I think that I need to work over my communication skill. Though I do net back step in communicating but often I face trouble in initiating the communication. I often feel nervous in the midst of so many people. I really need to work on this matter because being a team leader I have to communicate all the important decisions to the team members. So, I need to make sure that I am being able to stay much more confident.

I might use the horizontal networking system as it helps to develop the peer to peer passage of the information. This will always be very helpful in making the team spirit much strong.
