Deliverables

After analyzing the details of project management approaches and measure, it has been defined that in order to successfully accomplish any project within estimated budget and time it is the role of the project heads to design and develop the project considering all the project components. I have learned that, project management course is kind of a new experience from both the performance and learning point of perspectives. The practical knowledge I have gained from the project management theories will help me to implement any practical project. Innovation is a combination of creativity, collaboration, practical execution as well as added values to the products and services. It gave me a complete idea about systematic approach of project practices to design a product or service within estimated budget and time.

However, I have identified that there are certain factors those are needed to be considered by the project managers to successfully implement a project. In order to design a project as a customer oriented one certain term and conditions should be considered by the project executives and project team members. Communication management, resource management, contingency, procurement, risk management are the major aspects that are to be followed professionally by the project executives to accomplish a project. In order to reduce the overall work pressure from the team members how the project activities needs to be divided and also assigned to the resources are identified by the project managers and this idea is generated from the project management knowledge. I have also learned that professional communication will give me a direction following which a project can meet its success criteria and preliminary assumptions. In order to accomplish professional communication the media that are widely utilized by project managers include skype, whatsapp, google drive etc.

The overall market effectiveness will improve through professional project management practice execution. Regardless of the size of the company the project management approaches should be followed by the project managers and other project associates. The issues regarding scope creep, productivity and interdependencies among the project elements will become absolutely clear with the understanding of project management practices. I have learned on different steps including selection matrix preparation, rating over concept, concept ranking, combination and improvement on concepts, reflection over the processes etc. Above all I have learned that combination and successful execution of these steps will help the project manager to meet the project assumptions and objectives. All kinds of project related issues will be completely avoided through the professional project management approach.
