First of the impact would be me identifying the candidates who have long-term potential and would like to stay within the company longer. The market is a dynamic field where specific it will fulfill requirements, and knowledge requirements keep on changing from time to time; hence this factor would impact greatly to my position as I constantly need to keep up with the changing environment in the market and backward skills and talents that helped me cope with the needs and requirement for the position. The development of new skills is an integral part of withholding a job position because over some time, the skills that I now have may become irrelevant to the job position, and some new skills and specific knowledge could take their place. It is very important to identify these specific skills, common knowledge and attitudes required for the position from time to time. 

The company uses three different technologies to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in this election process. 

Applicant tracking system (ATS)- every year, millions of people apply for their job roles in apple different job roles and job positions, which becomes humanly impossible for anyone to shortlist candidates based on their CV. Hence, the use of ATS helps the organization track this series of candidates who have applied and short list only those candidates who have the most suitability based on the criteria set in the applicant tracking system.

Interviewing software- the interviewing software is used in the initial stages of the recruitment, where the candidates are interviewed using schematic software that shortlists candidates based on their responses to various thematic questions and brings more uniformity to the selection process. 

The organization’s senior managers review the different policies and procedures that are being followed and provide proper training and updates regarding the needs and requirements of the organization and the type of candidates that the organization wants to recruit. The senior managers also provide financial support and a complete personal performer of the type of candidates they are looking for, which helps the recruitment team find the most qualified candidates. 

Key Points to Consider for Staff Recruitment

All these staff are informed about the new recruitment selection of induction policies and procedures through both verbal and nonverbal methods of communication. All of these important tabs for this process are informed via official mail by the H.R. department. The organization utilizes a skill assessment test to identify specialists wherever necessary. When doing three to four interview processes, one of the interview processes asks the candidate to perform a particular task related to their job role. For example, the person is asked to create different logos and graphic designs for the company for the creative assistant.

The selection procedures are in complete accordance with the organizational policy and legal requirements as the organization believes in innovation and employing candidates of our strong talents.
