Employees who survive for a long time in the organization help to enhance the profitability. It is important to retain the employees who are conducting their routine activities. If the employees are not retained in the company then it is seen that negative impact can be seen on the profits as well as on the growth of the organization (Serhan, Tsangari, and Business, 2015).  To retain the employees for a long time in the company it is important to train in such a manner that they create positivity which helps to enhance the overall profitability of the company (Iyer and Johlke, 2015).Training which is given to the employees helps to maintain a proper culture in the company and also it is seen that working pattern enhances the employees. Efficiency also helps the company to achieve growth and profits so that targets can be achieved in the company. It is also important to train the managers so that they can maintain stereotyping in the company (Allen et al., 2015).

Recommendations for Conducting Activities Smoothly

If training is given to the employees then the positive environment is also created that will help to minimize the inefficiency and enhances the motivation factor. Positivity in the environment is important as it helps the employees to conduct the activities according to the directions given by the top management (Ford, 2014).  Diversity is also one of the factors that will help the company to maintain the culture and values of the employees. Positivity in the workplace can help to reduce stereotyping and the negative thinking of the people or group for one another can also be minimized (Guillén, Ferrero and Hoffman, 2015).

Communication is also one of the components in which the factor of stereotyping is considered. It is seen that the employees who conduct the activities on a routine basis have different culture and values.  So, it is important that top management should not consider stereotyping at the time of communicating with the employees in the company. If managers try to minimize stereotyping then it can help both the company and the employees to achieve success. The managers of the organization should focus on reducing stereotyping in the company so that activities can be conducted in a smooth manner. Also if proper communication is made with the employees then it can be possible to reduce stereotyping in the workplace (Si, 2015).

In the company, there are many people who are from different departments but can be evaluated that human resource team plays a great role in managing the activities of the company with more efficiency. The efficiency of the employees can also be enhanced by focusing on the motivation theories which will help the company to accomplish overall goals and objectives in an effective manner (Stiehl et al., 2015).

To minimize the stereotyping in the workplace it is important for the managers to focus on organizational theories like ERG theory that will help to enhance the motivation level at the workplace.  ERG focuses on the basic needs of the employee and if it is given then it can be possible to accomplish overall goals and objectives in an effective manner. ERG theory considers the basic needs of the worker into various categories. The first category is related psychological needs and safety needs and next category is social needs and last is self-actualization need which is related to growth. It is important to focus on the theories so that it can be easy for the employee to conduct the activities with efficiency (Mangi, Kanasro, and Burdi, 2015).

The Use of ERG Theory to Enhance Employee Motivation and Retention

It is also seen that if managers are discriminating between the employees then it can give negative impact on the performance of the employees and also it is difficult to motivate the employees of the company. It is important to support the managers by considering the following actions like to avoid stereotyping in the workplace which will create a positive environment which will help to manage the diversity in the workplace (Kian, Yusoff and Rajah, 2014).

To manage stereotyping it is important for the managers to give focus on the policies and so that thinking of the employees can be created in a positive manner. It is seen that in Australia, the government has introduced many anti-discrimination laws which are related to age, race, and sex of the workers. It is seen that the managers or the top management of the company should focus on conducting meetings so that stereotyping can be avoided.

Managers should also try to maintain peace and harmony in the company by creating a good relation between the employees. It can be analyzed that managers should also focus and respect the differences of the people so that they can be happy with the policies of the company (Zeb et al., 2014).

Next problem which is analyzed focuses on the low morale of the employees. If the employees have low morale then it can be analyzed that it can be difficult to achieve growth. The impact is also seen on the profitability and performance of the organization. It can be said that if employees of the organization are motivated then it can be possible to achieve growth in the competitive environment.

Teamwork is also one of the factors that should be considered so that employees can conduct the activities smoothly. Teamwork is important so that success in the organization can be achieved. It is seen that if the use of stereotypes is seen then it can give result in creating bad relations with the employees of the organization. Proper teamwork can reduce the negative impact and can help to enhance the motivation level of the employees (Lindsey et al., 2015).  The people of the organization belong from different background and have values which should be properly considered by the company. One of the factors that affect the stereotypes is a change in the activities of the company. When the changes are made in the activities then it gives impact on the stereotypes. It is seen that it helps to focus on the changes so that activities can be conducted and operated on a right platform (Sandhu et al., 2017).

The Importance of Diversity Management

Diversity management is also one of the factors that help the company to compete in the competitive environment. If there is proper diversity management then it can be seen that demand of the workers can be reduced. Stereotyping can also affect the activities which are conducted on a routine basis in the company.

Also, it is seen that demand of the employees can be satisfied if stereotyping is minimized in the company.  Growth is one of the important factors that every organization wants so it important to consider diversity management so that stereotyping can be reduced in the company. It is important for the company to maintain proper policies so that activities can be conducted without any hindrance in the organization.

It is concluded that to reduce stereotyping it is important for the company to focus on raining so that proper knowledge can be maintained. Motivation is also one of the factors that company can consider with the help of ERG theory. Also, retention of the employees can be maintained with the help of proper training in the organization.
