The contracting company is obliged to provide an unarmed uniformed security services in the university   premises and properties on the twenty four hours and seven days and throughout the year and the years of the contract. It’s only on the change of site specification that the company can provide the armed or security personnel with the security uniform. The responsibilities of the security personnel including achieving of the company objective in the university .

The following policies and procedure that includes without being limited to the following general task : – entry and egresses access controlling ,contacting patrols of the interior and the exterior of the building ,the identification and verification of the visitors and building employees reports on the daily operations and incase of the incident responding to alarms and the monitoring of the building intrusion detecting system, attending the fire equipment’s and responding as required by the policy of the company to safe duties as identified in the post orders and standard operating procedures.

The contracting company shall provide the required management and supervision of its workers. The disciplinary actions on the employees is subject to the contracting company and in the  university  should therefore note that there is no circumstance the company shall be involved with the displinary action of the employees. Either the employees are obliged to be responsible and adhere to all the rules and codes pf practice within the company. And the policies that shall be developed in the company in future.

The contracting company is required to develop a set of the post orders documents that contains both the general procedures and the responsibilities as per the divine company responsibilities. Chapter 3 Contract Term

The contracting company shall ensure training and administration of the motivated and professional employee that meet both standards of the contracting company and the university.
