Sustainability Practices Of Plastic Collective: Planning, Organizing, Leading And Controlling

About Plastic Collective

Plastic collective organization is known as sustainable management and marketing. This organization collects waste turns into income. In the current period, approximately 70 kg of plastic is discovered in the ocean at every square kilometer. Further, it is observed that the state government supports that industry as well as company that turn into wealth. The organization should operate together to effective the application of plastic along with recyclable resources as it would be imperative for improving the economic situation of Australia. In addition, it is also analyzed that organization should concentrate on recycling operations and improvement of efficiency of business operation to obtain higher competitive benefits and make their unique image in the marketplace (Shin, et. al., 2017). This report discusses the role of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the sustainability practices of the Plastic Collective.

Plastic collective is established by Louise Hardman. Plastic collective offers methods to convert plastic waste into variable resources. The mission of this organization is to protect the atmosphere by modifying plastic waste into the resources. In the current, it is addressed that stile Louise trying to discover methods that easily change the plastic waste of ocean into the resources. Further, it is examined that Louis named its enterprise Pacific Collective but later it is known as Plastic Collective (Lindström, et. al., 2015). It is examined that Louise used Shruder tool to recycle plastic waste. Moreover, it is examined that this tool also enables the organization to evaluate the waste collection. It could also be driven by renewable solar energy. The primary aim of this research is to decline in the plastic waste from the remote areas as it would be imperative for securing the atmosphere form the polluted ocean and make the healthier life of people (Stead, and Stead, 2017). It generates the job in Australia in waste management. The organization should use training and development method by which firm to educate people towards the recycling of plastic waste into the resources. Moreover, it could lead an individual to work in a team become a part of this business to decline pollution and make the healthier life of individuals (Prebensen, Chen, and Uysal, 2018). The recycled plastic could be practiced for creating materials, household materials, and other items that could lead to getting a reliable result.

In the current era, it is essential for the organization to make innovative products and services. Plastic Collective is an organization that works on waste materials for securing the lives of people. It also supports to decline the consumption of fossil fuels. Moreover, it is also examined that this organization also save energy as it would be required at the time of recycling the plastic waste. There are creative benefits that could be obtained by Plastic Collective from the recycling of plastic waste named employment, control pollution, and make healthier lives to society (Jones, 2017).

Strategies for Sustainability

In the current era, it is also addressed that the organization could face many issues as it could be associated with sustainability problems.

The collection of waste from the region area could create possibilities for higher transport cost. It could be created an issue for sustaining the position of the organization in the marketplace. In the current era, the organization faces many issues to waste management due to increasing shortage of energy and waste in the developing worlds. Thus, it is also evaluated the organization should aware people towards waste management (Welford, 2016).

It is also stated that plastic could negatively impact on the health of individuals. The storage of plastic waste could increase probabilities of health illness. It influences a huge amount of people in the least time and cost. Each stage of plastic recycling is difficult for the firm. Further, it is also analyzed that individual who is working in the organization for plastic recycling and living in the area of disposal facilities are more infused by the health issues as compared to other people (Banerjee, et. al., 2018).

As per the investigation, it is noticed that the graphics effects from the plastic pollution on seashores and in the waterways are injurious to tourism. It unfavorably influences the wildlife, land, wildlife habitats, waterways, and humans by influencing the ocean. It is evaluated that discarding plastics in beaches can represent a negative illustration and demonstrates environmental inattentiveness. Thus, it can lead to a decline in the income level with revenue (Stylos, and Vassiliadis, 2015). It is evaluated that there is a large number of occasional oceanic mortals like sea turtles could be misplaced on yearly basis to consume the portions of plastic.

It is assessed that the total expenses of plastic waste in the plastic collective was $13 billion. This expense is related to the habitats, wildlife, tourism, health concerns, and other issues and it could be life-threatening for an individual.  It is assessed that about 95% of the plastic packaging material can be lost the economy. It cannot be good for people in the upcoming time period (Ponnapureddy, et. al., 2017).

The organization should imply many strategies that could be associated with sustainability. It could also lead to improving the sustainability issues in the least time and cost named minimizing waste, food services, and recycling as it is discussed as below:

From the investigation, it is addressed that the high amount of plastic has been generated through both households with the construction where a large portion can affect the landfills along with some portion could be reused.  Therefore, there is a high need to minimize the waste and generates the huge environmental impact and avoids the creation of hazardous and determined wasters that can significantly endorse the society. It would provide economic with social advantageous and also helps to improve the quality of the product. Incineration could be another approach to avoiding the disposal of plastic waste from society (Tseng, et. al., 2015).

Minimizing waste

It is observed that food waste can hazard the life of a person in terms of creating the hazardous illness. There are over 34 million tons of waste was generated but only 3% of that waste was recovered with recycled. It is evaluated that foodservice is required for declining the waste along with, development of audit on waste can decline the wastage of fuel. Plastic collective should use vegetarian dishes, organic food, with seasonable foods. Moreover, it should select bulk facilities for snacks, and meals over single covering (Vignali, 2015). Plastic collective can also exercise the covering of table, the reusable enterprises at the meal time and cloth napkins.

Investigation shows that recycling is a key factor to maintain the resources, which is practiced by society. It can save energy, resources, and offers the job to people. It is assessed that to live a supportable and wealthy life and keeping the worth of sustainability, recycling should be practiced in their daily routine. Recycling is an auspicious phase for declining these issues and allowing for the healthy and strong atmosphere. It is more vital to get sustainability and to survive the people. As well as, it can create a larger difference in society (Wesselink, et. al., 2015). Apart from this, people can develop a separate box for both dry and wet wastages to recycle waste in the future.

Plastic waste is required in all over the nation and approximately 11 million loads of plastic waste is hazarding and polluting the atmosphere. It can generate different disease that could affect wildlife and humans. It can also preserve the natural resources and keeps the atmosphere to reproduce the wastage of plastic. In addition, the plastic collective can decline the energy for generating new resources and utilizing emissions of greenhouse gas. It can also plant a large number of trees in order to create products via recycled resources (Brindley, and Oxborrow, 2014). The company should identify environmental concerns like renewable sources for energy and generating healthy food. The key aim of the plastic collective is to maintain the resources and declines the environmental footprint of the corporation. They should analyze the environmental burdens with the financial expenses of the system. They can utilize a wide category of collection and treatment techniques that focus on creating the less wastage and effectively deal with the waste (Osborne, et. al., 2015).

Plastic collective should also deal with the hazardous material in a significant way and emphasizes on generating new products. The company should decline the environmental effects like emission to air, water, as well as land.  It should combine the waste management practiced into operation and also focuses on implementing the market-oriented strategy and drives to cut down the plastic waste material for generating more income. It can maintain social responsibilities as a key role in their business practice. It could create the additional expenses to decline the burden of the environment even when the plastic waste materials are being dealt with in a more ecologically friendly manner (Wu, et. al., 2016).

Food services and recycling

The plastic collective can involves different activities such as processing, conveying, collecting, managing to dispose and to assess the different plastic waste materials. It is essential for analyzing the sustainability so that plastic waste management could be dealt with in a significant way in spite of discarding it in landfills.  Through reusing, recycling, and reducing the plastic waste, the plastic collective can decline the extent of waste that is dumped to ocean and seas. The resources could be displaced from the atmosphere could be protected by declining pollution, contamination along with the emission of gas. It could save money by selling the saved materials and hence contributed towards the reduction of waste for humanity (Ottman, 2017).

This theory helps to assess the critical phase and new direction with regards to the attainment of sustainability. It is a basic element that declines the efficiency with preventing the wastages to address the sustainability and other detriments of environment related to waste like climate change and pollution. The main goal of the plastic collective is to aid the ethically, economically, efficiently and visionary to instructs the workforces for transforming their lifestyle in terms of maintaining sustainability. This theory is intended and organized methodically in order to eliminate the possibility of hazardous from plastic waste material together with conserves and preserves the natural resources in spite of burning them (Miezah, et. al., 2015). By using this theory, the Plastic collective can eliminate all liberations to air, water and land and threats to plant, human and animal health.

This theory is intended to decline the devastation of plastic wastage in addressing the mode to make it worthy. The equilibrium of waste related to plastic supply and demands associated with the recycled waste material is required to eliminate the plastic from the atmosphere. The waste material that is sent to oceans and seas could be too committed; hence the reduction of waste can be valued when balance theory is obligatory. The feasible action that is taken by the government could be effective to stimulate the implementation of theory and enhancing the green working atmosphere (Sigala, 2014).

Planning is a tool that is needed everywhere to operate business process efficiency and meet Aim and objectives of the firm. Through this, method, the organization would be capable to make a reliable decision in the context of the situation. It also provides an opportunity to offer sustainable improvement in the local waste management practices and eliminate the waste materials of plastic to keep an eco-friendly atmosphere. Planning is required to examine the unnecessary application of Greenhouse gas to determine climate change and make a decision in a systematic manner. It also concentrates on declining the avoiding impacts as it could be associated with the operational activities (Rigamonti, et. al., 2014).

Declining plastic waste

Plastic collective engaged in organizing the recycling of plastic waste resources in order to decline the pollution. In this way, it uses a feasible process of recycling, and enhances the efficiency of employees and conserves the energy. The plastic waste material should be effectively managed in terms of avoiding the unhygienic atmospheres. It could be also practiced for recycling the wastage of plastic into useful resources in order to save the atmosphere (Sevigné-Itoiz, et. al., 2015).

Plastic wastage management is key issues. There are different municipalities, local bodies, and societies that framed rules and regulation in order to reduce the waste inclined on landfills via using burning, recycle, recovery, and reuse of plastic waste material (Sigala, 2014).

Plastic collective can control the waste material by separating the plastic waste at home and utilize them with the intention of recycling. Thus, it could be beneficial for declining the effect of environmental pollution. Moreover, burners can avoid a large number of plastic waste resources and enhances technology to decline the air pollution in the future (Rigamonti, et. al., 2014).

The organization should concentrate on many activities such as sustainable energy,  recycling strategies design, environmental cost, and packaging use as it would be imperative for the accomplishment of the organizational task.

The organization should also use recycling as it would be imperative for managing plastic waste. The organization should also consider many factors many factors for effectively operate the recycling process in the business process like public infrastructure, feasibility, and awareness.

Minimization of another approach could be imperative reducing recycle plastic and waste materials. It could be accomplished by use of renewable approaches and preserve energy.

It can also be summarized that the exchange of waste and compositing is a tool of declining waste disposal volume that could be removed (Sevigné-Itoiz, et. al., 2015).

The organization should also increase their understanding towards the latest technology that has quite a negative impact on the employee’s health for meeting the organizational task in limited time and cost (Rigamonti, et. al., 2014).

Conclusion

With respect to the above interpretation, it can be summarized that plastic collective is an organization that supports to change the plastic waste into the resources for reducing pollution from the country and makes the healthiest life. It can also be summarized that this organization has used Shruder Machine and manage a huge amount of waste in the least time and cost. It can also be illustrated that there are many sustainability issues that could be emerged from the plastic waste like community health issue, tourism, infrastructure and collection, and economic issue. Moreover, it can also be summarized that an organization should use many strategies to improve sustainability issues form the organization such as minimizing waste, food services, and recycling. It could be imperative for obtaining a reliable result. Further, it can also be illustrated that the organization should use the many theories to retain their position in the marketplace and effective waste management like zero-based theory and balanced theory. Apart from this, it can also be concluded that the organization should imply many functions in the organization for effectively operating their business such as planning, organization, leading, and controlling. In last, it can be summarized that the organization should use waste management strategy and recycling strategy to manage the waste and get a reliable result.
