The issue that is selected is the large-scale pollution that is caused due to the accumulation of the solid waste and the other is the huge depletion of the green trees. This, in turn, gives rise to several problems including health hazards as there is a lack of oxygen as well. This issue is one of the major challenges as the lack of sufficient amount of trees creates the depletion of oxygen. On the other hand, the huge solid waste accumulation can give rise to many diseases. It can create breathing problems and also many hazardous skin diseases as well (Kibert 2016). This is a challenge because every day a huge amount of waste in the solid form is disposed of from the households, restaurant, municipalities and many other such places. This Waste causes a huge amount of suspended materials that are toxic in nature.The amount of this waste is accountable to approximately 22% of the waste in the country which is one of the major problems in the concerned time. The waste in Australia is really a real concern as most of the population of the country have an affinity to use products that can result in major waste issues which needs to be managed by the use of the means.

In the modern day scenario, the amount of pollution is increasing day by day and one of the major cause is the lack of greenery around us. In other words, there is a large scale deforestation that is taking place. A large number of industries and houses are being built, which is using a huge amount of space. This is not only making everything very congested but the amount of oxygen is also depleting day by day. This is giving rise to many problems like the respiratory tract disorders, asthma, and others. Green building is one if the best means to deal with this problem of large-scale deforestation. It is a means of constructing the houses or the offices by surrounding it with a large number of green plants so that the problem is dealt with.

Green building will help in solving the problem of urbanization and the need for providing shelter and employment to a large number of people. According to the views of Selvam and Wong (2013), they might also involve some risk management officials who will be planning the upcoming risks that might crop up. As it is a very new upcoming concept they must be contacting with some of the advertising and media people so that they can be making more people aware about this new concept. Apart from this, there are the internal stakeholders who have to play a major role in maintaining the Green buildings. The internal stakeholders like the employees will make sure that they are trying to manage the wastage of the natural resources. They have to make sure that the lights and fans are being switched off before they leave the room. They must know how to make use of the sunrays in the sunlight rooms rather than keeping the lights on for a long time (Selvam and Wong 2016). The other stakeholder is the board of directors who must be conducting some training for the employees so that they understand the methods of sustainable waste management.

 Therefore in the views of Zuo and Zhao (2014) for an instance if this initiative is being taken in any industry or office buildings, it is the prime duty of the employees to make sure that they are helping to maintain the green buildings.

 On the other hand, there will be the conservation of the limited energy resources like the electricity, fire and other such energy sources (Selvam and Wong 2016). The other stakeholders who are involved are the marketing department officials who will be carrying on the campaigns at different places like the schools, colleges and also the residential complexes of the cities and towns.

Some of the examples are the civil engineers will be constructing the building, the employees and the board of directors who will be maintaining the waste management system.

The stakeholders will need materials like proper materials that are naturally obtained and not produced chemically. They will also need a good amount of capital for buying the tools and machinery for making these products (Pilli et al., 2016).The machinery and the products are absolutely required to make sure that the production of the green building and the sustainable waste management is done in an environmentally friendly manner. One of the comprehensive list of the stakeholders are the facts that the inclusion of the green and environmentally friendly necessitate in the conduction of the green building and the sustainable waste management system (Lawrence and Weber 2014). The stakeholders of the project are there to maintain the amount of sustainability in the whole ratio of the life and to make sure that each of the stakeholders in the project have an affinity for the sustainability through green buildings and eco-friendly waste management.

These two are the major concerns of the modern day scenario and hence have to be properly dealt with. The green building is a very good and helpful concept that must be adopted by all the construction companies. It is the duty of all the corporate houses to construct their corporate buildings in such a way that there is the maximum utilization of the natural resources.
