 To fully evaluate this, it is ideal to look at different departments and personalities who have bene able to achieve a lot through their knowledge. There are many people in the world through their knowledge they have played a major role in making the world a better place. For instance, Einstein with his concept greatly revolutionized the world with his innovation. It is important to underscore that knowledge cannot in anyway be substituted with other elements. Some of the technological move that are attributed to great knowledge would be explicated below for better comprehension.

Why do this people end up squandering the wealth they have acquired, yet they have life to live most importantly to pass the same button to the generation that is following them? It provides the amount of energy used per day in both public and private industries, it provides protection and privacy from the third party such as the interference with the Information Technology and also the landlords who can tamper with the accurate energy usage (Wadhwa & Harper, 2015).

 Mobilization of relevant stakeholders is also another way of achieving growth in the energy industry before the implementation of any innovation. Benefits of any innovation should be clearly stated to the relevant stakeholders so as to prepare them to adapt and absorb them. This can earn benefits to innovators whereby they can use to bind contracts with potential private lead users across the world. Power energy is used worldwide and therefore when proper mobilization is done to relevant stakeholders it can earn the industry the benefit of sponsorship of new machineries to run that program (Oswald & Kleinemeier, 2016). 

However, unique ideas should be considered in any innovation, common and simple ideas should be avoided because it will only waste resources but earn the industry no profit. For instance, if it is in the electric sector, the best transformers should be created in order to reserve more energy and reduce unnecessary blackouts because electric power is used in almost all sectors such as, the health, domestic, communication and construction (Wesley & Barczak, 2010). The unique ideas in this sector will attract so many people hence great profits to the company, hence growth.

In addition to that, division of labor should be exerted in the energy industry in order to realize its growth. Every department should responsible for specific task, this will improve self-motivation because everyone will be self-driven. Self-motivation is very important because it reduces conflicts in the company, bot interpersonal and intrapersonal. Smooth running and growth of any sector depends upon the division of labor (Ijioui, Emmerich & Ceyp, 2008). Finally, motivation and positive treats to the stakeholders should be embraced because this helps in building positive spirit that brings about self-motivation. The stake holders involved should be treated in various ways such as, hanging out, having fun, participating in games and sports together, and being motivated with some money before the main salary, this will motivate the stakeholders to come up with even more new ideas that will bringabout the growth of company. For instance, the idea of the data security was brought about by a group of stakeholders, the data security innovation is widely embraced all over the world.

Supply chain management primarily attempts to evaluate the market risk that affect the overall market but not just a specific industry. This kind of risk is very difficult to avoid because it is unpredictable. Some examples of risks include interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts, inflation in the job market, recessions and interest rate changes (Sironi, 2016).  The role of systematic risk management in successful implementation of innovation involves.  In addition to that, it helps in maintaining peace and stability to both internal and in external partners. Peace contributes to the development of any sector by reducing the time span of carrying out the relevant task and it promotes the quality of the end product.
