Technology is a fast approaching medium that is making work easier for the people and makes their life easier to deal with the everyday hassle and basal of life. The assignment focuses on the use of technology that is portrayed through the robot use such that that the work pressure of the people could be reduced.

The use of technology in the making of the robots and the use of robots have made the work pressure of the people to be reduced in an excellent manner. The use of multitasking is available with the use of robots, which helps to cause the work to happen on time without any delay. On the other hand, the people are extremely dependent upon the machine for their work in the global scenario. Thus, the use of robots shows a massive improvement in the work field of the people.

The report focuses on the use of the robots in the industry such that the human labour could be minimised. On the other hand, it further benefits the industry with quality work being done in time such that the efficiency of the work is maintained.

The term robotic or robots means uses of the technology which helps to reduce the workload of the human and can do the work easily. This m is an automatic machine which will do the work by itself and can do the range of work which is not possible for the human to do everyone. Robots can do multitasking. Robots were first introduced and commercialised in the factory to assemble the products to improve the manufacturing technology and also to increase the productivity of the technology. The first system of the robotics was introduced in the car industry to improve the assembling of the car because the process of the crucial part of the car was not easy for the humans (Brady et al. 2012). The assembling process was a risk for the employer to do so the robotics helped and solved the problem of the car industry. It was not only used in the car industry but also used in the mining’s and many other works which are not easy for the humans to do. By the year 2020, the uses of the robot will be more increased to do the work faster. Though the robotics is the reason of more unemployment it also true to that it saves time and money for the company (McKee, 2002).

Disadvantages and Risks of Robotics in Industries

The robots are very much helpful for the human or the company because it has made the work easy both for the humans and the company. This are advantages while having a robot but there are some critical issues and disadvantages while using the robots in daily life. The first and for most problems regarding the robot is the unemployment is increasing day by day because the robots are doing the maximum jobs of the humans might this is the advantage of the company, but this is destroying the economy of the country because the main source of income is the employment. The employment is facing the blockage while having the robots. On the other hand sometimes the wrong usage or by a wrong programming robot destroys the property of the company which is a huge loss for the particular company because it is not saying anything it is destroying. This will become one of the important factors because none of the company wants to invest the double sum of money in reinstalling the things so that they will take a crucial step (Poole and Mackworth, 2010).

Many times robot has hurt the humans who are not a simple thing because if anything goes wrong, it will be life taking the risk for the humans. This is a matter which should be solved because in this matter robots are contributing less and harming more to business. To solve this kind of problem then the programmer who has programmed the robot has to be present in the working place which is not possible for the person. Humans might not be flexible in multitasking, but they can do work on the regular basis, but the robots use to face internal programming problem many times during the working hours for which the company has to face lots of problem during the time manufacturing. There are some technical terms which are very much risk for the business. Many times the robots are hacked by the humans to leaking the information of the company which are equals go crime. This thing harms the strategy of the company (Korb and Nicholson, 2010).

The Artificial Intelligence Company can make use of the robotics in Mining, manufacturing industries, household and in transport as the advantages of the application of robotic technology are high. For the growing advantages of the robotic technology in such industries, the company can use this as a key enabler by going beyond sideline business.

Ethical, Social, and Legal Considerations

For Lights out situations, the Robots can operate manufacturing for 24*7 hours. Continuous production is possible by the use of the Robotic Technology in various manufacturing industries. The flexibility of the robotic equipment is high and robotic equipment can perform many complex functions as stated by Bahrin et al. (2016). In the manufacturing industry, rapid automation by using robotics will be of great help to be price competitive with rival companies.

In Australia, the rate of using robotics is increasing, and the benefits of using this thing in manufacturing industry will help the Artificial Intelligence Company to take entry in the Australian manufacturing industries. The electronic and automotive industry of Australia uses the robotics most.

Maximum use of robotics is done in the fuels and minerals sector. Operating costs of products are reduced by the use of robotics. The flexibility of manufacturing products is increased by the use of this technology.

According to Romanova et al. (2016), the rate of the wastage of materials can be reduced by the use of robotic technology in the manufacturing industry. The quality of products is enhanced as well as the output rates are increased by the use of it.

By using the robotic technology, the companies have got the benefits, but besides the benefits, they had faced the problems also, and those problems are the serious problems for any business. So the companies are thinking the solution for those problems which they are facing. The biggest issue is the unemployment it is not only an important factor for the company but it is the national factor because if these continues, then there will be no jobs for the human only robots will do the job. So the companies have decided that they will increase the employment by reducing the robotic technology, but they will use the robot in a gentle way which will support the employment and will make the job easier for the employee (Corchado et al. 2010).

The collaborative system of working, robotics, machine learning and natural learning are the processes involved in contemplating with artificial intelligence system. For example, while talking about social media app, when a photo is uploaded, the application automatically recognises the face and suggests starting with a 98% of accuracy. Interaction of human and machines has been in process for a very long time and has become much fluid due to the development of artificial intelligence Technology (De Momi and Ferrigno, 2010).

Potential Solutions to Overcome Disadvantages/Risks

According to Royakkers & van Est (2015), many companies are willing to raise the production bar for the use of robotic technology, but they never take a back step and think about the cyber security. Any organisation is needed to develop a strategic plan for cybersecurity so that the organisation can prevent hacking. In the household, robotic vacuums roam throughout the home and clean dust and dirt, but in corporations, thousands of functions are there of robotics. Connections can be insecure as said by Khanam, Siddiqui & Talib (2014). Internet or Wi-Fi connection can be disrupted, and so the problem can arise in the ways of how data is transmitted. If the data is encrypted, the contents can be hacked. The use of poor methods can allow anyone to access the data. So, Artificial Intelligence Company is needed to use proper methods and connection to prevent anyone’s access to the information and data.

The company can prevent hacking by using proper way like when the company sends data to remote users, asking user’s permission is important. Mobile networks, user trends, device details, GPS data and many things can be hacked. The authentication of the user is important to be focused on. Only the authentic or authorised employee of an organisation should be able to control the robotics. If there is no measure of authentication, the company falls in the risk of hacking because the employees do not have to prove identity to control robots.

The companies who use robotic technology often lacks default configuration security and thus they fall in cyber security risk. Router and new modems are strictly secured in any business organisation as this account is of high level, but the robotics is not secured by such measures as stated by Krupp et al. (2017). Getting passwords, setting and configuration are often easy to access, and then cyber hacking occurs.

For industrial development, robotics is highly necessary to use, but the companies who use this technology is to be aware of cyber hacking. This is why the use of proper methods and security measures are needed to be focused on by the business organisations.

Artificial intelligence involves vivid knowledge and deep learning of vision of computer and technologies. The world is considered to be in the middle of Technological Revolution, and artificial intelligence is a rising peak for the development of communication and technologies. Artificial intelligence holds the power of fundamentally translating any work that would is the workload of human beings. In a better sense, it transforms the way we think; we communicate and interpret. Artificial intelligence signifies putting intelligence to the Machines that can decrease the workload by enhancing the quality and affirmation to work appropriately (Arel et al. 2010).

Recommendations to Leverage Robotics for Business Performance

The opportunities of artificial intelligence Company that can be based in Brisbane will be focusing on the increase of application of AI as the most powerful tool. Opportunity is the resource, quality, market support and competitive advantage that the company will be facing. The artificial intelligence companies that will be based on the market of Brisbane are likely to focus on the domestic uses of robotics like in mining, manufacturing industries and transportation systems. It is important to analyse the competitive advantage of the company with its competitors or rather rivals (Zeng et al. 2010).

The opportunities that it will be getting in Brisbane are as follows:

Understanding large data systems and procedures- technological crush and improvement have enabled data collection on technological bases and less interpretation of manual works. Implementation of Robotics, as well as the artificial intelligence, initiates a bigger opportunity for any organisation of system to keep track of all the data that sums up to be a huge pit of a collection. It will be easier for the entrepreneurs and any entrepreneurship to analyse the data and understand the data system of their organisation with the help of artificial intelligence system.

Formation of smarter robots- with the help of artificial intelligence system, robots and robotics have reached a superior level of development where they are not only manually operated but can operate themselves with specific programs. They can perform the work of an individual easily with better programming systems and authenticated approaches that are implemented on them (Jones, 2015).

Making assistance smarter- the developing organisations and entrepreneurs focused on growing their performance and increase productivity based on the labour that their employees provide. However, it is an important issue where the entrepreneur focused on developing the artificial intelligence system and adopts them to make their machines more intelligent and capable of increasing their productivity.

Understanding motion- artificial intelligence is not only associated with transforming the data, but it also involves the transformation of emotions where the user will get to understand and interpret their perception with the Robotics involved in the work (Kaplan, 2015).

Conclusion:

It could be concluded from the discussion above that the use of robots in the industry helps to reduce the work pressure of the people. Moreover, the work that is assigned in bulk quantity could be finished on time without any delay. Together with that, the effective and efficient use of technology and advancement in the scientific world is well maintained with the use of robots in the industry for the working purpose. Thus, this further provides a business growth for the industry to make use of the robots in the industry such that less time is utilised and the human labour is also saved and could be used for other important purposes.

Conclusion

The recommendation that could be provided is that the use of the cloud computing for keeping all the records of the data and the work that is being done in the industry. On the other hand, the use of technology in the robot to make assurance for the workers about the time on which the delivery of the products is required to be done, Thus, the technology could act as an alert for the management to keep a good check on the working.
