It is to be noted that the owners of the bar are planning on expanding their business by opening franchises of the restaurant in several other locations. However, to expand the business site surveys and identifying the prime locations where the franchise of the aforementioned bar can be opened needs to be done.  It is to be said that the management of the company has identified that the aforementioned bar has enormous growth population. Kebab-e-Shahi offers premium quality food and beverages to their customers and they have an efficient quality control team that takes care of the quality of the foods and the beverages produced by the restaurant. The management believes that as they are running a fine dining restaurant and that too themed, they should stress on the quality issues. The usp of the organization is that they serve only authentic Pashtu foods like kabuli polao, peshteh, chapli kebab, shorwa, aush, chopan kabob, bolani and many more. Thus the target customers for both the organizations are different and thus it can be said that there will be no market competition among these two restaurant chains.
