The main purpose of the total quality management is to set standards for the employees and also to enhance the motivation within the company. Training

In this step, the main focus is on eliminating the items that are not necessary for the workplace. To analyze the unneeded items in the organization red tagging is taken into consideration. Then the items are moved to the central holding area. The process gives a proper evaluation of the red tag items. The items that are used occasionally are moved to the organized storage location. Sorting is also considered to free up space and also to eliminate the unnecessary broken tools. In this, the main focus is on the efficiency and effective storage methods. The strategies that are taken into consideration are shadow board, modular shelves.

By analyzing this report, it is concluded that the company has enhanced the market share and also attained the success. With the use of total quality management tools, the company is giving focus on enhancing the productivity level.  In this report, the proper analysis is made by taking into consideration total quality management tools. To survive in the competitive environment it is important that the company should give focus on enhancing the satisfaction level of the employees.

Also based on the findings of this report, it is evaluated that the company has efficient and productive quality management system.
