Because the global projects tools, practices and methods are not adapted to a global multicultural environment. It involves the various cultures and languages. So, to resolve these problems by using the project quality management plan. The Project Quality management plan and controls the global projects. It reviews the key framework concepts and knowledge to achieve a goal, high level of efficiency on global projects.
