Analysis

Main scope of this project is analyse the project quality management plan and it provide the adequate standards and controls to manage the global teams in project. Also provide the adequate argument for the need of cultural awareness and legal issues. The Project quality management plan will be done by using the MS project. It manages the global projects by using the one or more strategies. These are will be analysed and discussed in detail. The legal issues and cultural difference will be analysed. The project management practices will be done. 

Many organizations are struggle to reach their goals, quality levels and effectiveness from the global projects. Because the global projects tools, practices and methods are not adapted to a global multicultural environment. It involves the various cultures and languages. So, to resolve these problems by using the project quality management plan. The Project Quality management plan and controls the global projects. It reviews the key framework concepts and knowledge to achieve a goal, high level of efficiency on global projects. The project quality management profession already has a best tools, methods and processes to resolve the global projects issues. The Project quality management plan managing the global project by using the below strategy (“10 Rules for Managing Global Innovation”, 2017). They are,

Deal with the global project sponsor to determine the high-level goals and scope. The project management team must identify the key functions and countries for the global projects that will be impacted by the project.

Once identify the global project goals and scope, after appoint the project managers.  The sub project managers are must be based on the country to enhance the local culture and practices for the global projects.

Assign the sub-project scope

The Sup project scope is managed by sub project managers. The Sub project managers are lead to control the projects and changes in the global scope. It sub-project managers are changing the project scope and you will review the scope document and approved by the management.

The matrix approach is used to auditing the plans and providing the feedback to the sub project managers. It prepares the consolidated global plan.

It ensures the project infrastructure is appropriate to the project size. It involves the setting up a project wit project communication teams, coordinators and finance staff. It generally crosses the various financial reporting line and should meet the finance management to ensure the financial report for the global project (“The Global Project Management Framework”, 2017).

The Project quality management plan should manage expectations. It should have the detailed and cost consolidated global project plan, consolidated the risk, consolidated the open issues and prepare the one or more implementation scenarios. The global team members are expected to the sub project managers are ability to reduce the high risk and address the cost concerns by using the matrix approach.

The Project quality management team also manage the margin error in the global project to sign off on the plan and use an appropriate leadership style.

Also, the project quality management team consider the key leadership issues such as communication, virtual meetings, broadcast communications, direct communication and time zones.

Legal Issues

The legal environment facing the many organization is becoming the more complex and it affecting the business directly. It is difficult for businesses to resolve without encountering the law and regulations. It operates the project planning, insurances, taxation laws, environment regulations and safety licensing. These are basically defining the project entire plan and it creating the reasonable accuracy. It mainly affects the client’s activity through factors like building regulations, planning law and safety. It makes the influences of the good relationship within the projects (Guerrera, 2017).

Managing Expectations and Margins

The Project teams are facing the number of challenges related to the cultural and global issues. Also, project team members facing the communication issues. these issues are requiring the various activities. The activities are carried out without permission from national authority. Once obtaining their approval and information is used to avoid the sensitive issues that can be affect the project progress. Key issues are listed below.

• Legal and ethical issues consideration that arise during the project development.
• Involvement and attraction of political leaders, stakeholders and related projects team members.

Cultural difference

The cultural differences teams can provide a source of experience and creative thinking to enhance the organization positions. It interferes with the successful project completion in multicultural global business community. The project managers are should be culturally motivate, create the promote through the flexible leadership and it is used to achieve the project goals and avoid the cultural misunderstandings (“The Role of Human Factors in Home Health Care”, 2017). To manage the global project, the project managers are should be use the cultural differences to succeed the projects through the culturally aware leadership, mutual respect and cross-cultural communication.

The project managers are need to be well versed in managing the global multi-cultural teams but it is critical for project managers to understand the communication difference. It focuses on three key areas for managing the multi-cultural global teams such as influences that culture and diversity have on project management efforts, project managers are using the specific technique and tools when managing the global teams and challenges related to the communication and cultural issues. Many organizations are managing the global projects with international team members. We think about the team members are only managing the project but the team members are think about the different time zones and distance. The project quality members are mainly focus on the importance of managing and also understanding the culture and diversity.

Also, many organization facing the cultural problems like power distance, individualism versus collectivism, long term versus short term orientation and masculinity versus femininity. So, to motivate the project team members may encounter the barriers in global projects. The global projects include the cultural diversity. The project managers are recognized the cultural aspect of project management.

Conclusion 

The project quality management plan provides the effective project plan to manage the global project. The Project plan is done by using the MS project. The Project quality management plan effectively manage global teams in projects. It provides the adequate standards and controls to manage the global project.
