The following project bill of quantities has been done on behalf of our clients Mr and Mr Education. The project is to be located at 14 Hemmings Street in Penrith NSW. It entails design and construction of a low rise residential building as per various Australian building standards and codes. We hereby tender to build and complete the construction of the residential 14 Hemmings Street house brick, Penrith for Mr and Mrs Education, as per architectural and engineering plans and scope of work supplied:

For the sum of: $359764.20 (Three hundred and fifty nine thousand, seven hundred and sixty four and twenty cents).

Construction time: 28 weeks

Included in the above price is:

1. No allowance for excavation in rock

2. No allowance for work to any unknown underground service

3. A provisional sum of $2000.00 to remove trees shown on the plan

4. A provisional sum of $83200.00 for the removal and disposal of any asbestos contaminated materials noted to be removed.

5. Monetary sums as nominated to the value of $10,000.00

6. Builder margin of 15% to all variations

7. Builder margin of 15% to all provisional sum adjustments

8. Hours of work between 7.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday

This tender is valid for a period of 30 days after which we reserve the right to review our price and is subject to council approval and satisfactory negotiation.
