This is considered in the brand of the Accor hotel group. This hotel is developed with the intention of holiday and business travellers.

In contrast to this, Mama Shelter is a brand of Accor hotel group that is located in Los Angeles city of Australia. It is 2-star hotel in Australia that is known for remarkable experiences. It also provides modern services with a bar to their guest. This hotel offers friendly and sexy services to their guests. Both hotels are located in the central of Australia that attracts the customers (Davis, Lockwood, Alcott, and Pantelidis, 2018). Both hotels Grand Mercure and Mama Shelter is the difference from each other in terms of different aspects.    

The guests are providedwithawider category of services with facilities at Grand Mercure that contains 24-hour reception and room facilities, wider parking area, laundry services, and pool. As per the above report, it can be summarised that both Grand Mercureand Mama Shelter discharge the same functions. However, when it comes to the quality then, Grand Mercure offers better and luxurious facilities and involves the business class and higher income. Grand Mercure targets a larger base of the customer because of affordability. The hotel is fruitful to target more guests.
