Familiarising with the diverse ability and widening my dimensions is in my nature to act. For instance, I decided to study in abroad location and decided to travel after my collected for meeting new opportunities and people. As influenced by the views of Watt et al. (2012), the values that motivated me to choose the career are integrity, patience, responsibility and leadership skills as well as cooperative skills in order to be stable ton all kinds of situation. These are the list of personal values, which motivated me to move towards the achievement of career during my educational and learning period.

At the end of my educational career, I wanted to be some one that could make positive differences in the lives of people and on the organisations with which I was associated. I was quite sure that I have provided hard work in order to get this recognition, and therefore, I was desirous to give the effort with positive attitudes in a desire to make a difference.

I am majoring in business management under marketing management option. Therefore, after graduation, my immediate goal is to seek a job from where I will be able to learn more about the ways in managing business. However, in this stage of my career, I would like to grow a strong base of knowledge and experience. I am also keen about gaining some specialised skills in marketing management. The five most common criteria of selection are as followed:

From the capability audit, I found that the applications of soft skills has some importance similar to hard skills in many of the jobs. It is the capability to interact in an effective way, which will help me to move towards the path of employment (Wang et al. 2016). For instance, it can be said that I have realised that good communication skills are not only important to enhance the quality and limiting the cost, but it is also conducive in developing relationship with the employee and team. Task 2 – Capability Audit

Effective organisational and management skills

Secondly, effective organisational as well management skills are important in controlling the schedule of the project. Moreover, it is necessary to enhance the efficiency as well as the standards of the organisation. For instance, as a working member of the business management during the first year of my university, I have learned the way to allocate tasks in a reasonable way and have possessed the skills to organise the activities (Sunindijo 2015). This experience helped me to be recognised by the superior employees as well as other staffs.

Thirdly, the capability to work as a part of the group is a necessary factors that helped me to determine the success of the projects. During the period of my second semester in my university, I participated in a debate with other 3 group members. As a team, I had similar goals and faith on my teammates. For instance, under the supervision of the leader, I along with my team was able to overcome several challenges.  In this context, I have played the role of all the members in an effective way (Uy et al. 2015). I have successfully learned to cooperate with each that helped to constantly improve the efficiency of the team.

Well-developed customer service skills are vital for enhancing sales and in growing reputation.  For example, since, the last year, I served an internship of online accessories store, which was online trade in Australia. Not many people was aware of my store, but I insisted to boast on my patience and capability to answer the questions of the customer (McCollough et al. 2016). Such communication helped me to get attracted to the customer and to gain good reputation.

Lastly, the proven capability to manage projects signifies that the entire project has a clear goal and a budget.  For example, during the end of my fourth semester in my university, they planned a team get together (Schworm et al. 2017). Therefore, as a secretary of the student union, I was given the responsibility to manage the schedule and manage the outing.

Therefore, to manage this I defined the scope of the projects and its goal to my team members. Thereafter, I develop a task allocation that involved all the members that are going for the outline.  I tracked the process and cooperated with different departments, through this way I found the best way to handle projects in an effective way and improved my capability.
