The research is performed for recognizing the issues in the development of the tourism that is the issue of economic development which describes that with the rise in the resources it results in increasing various negative effects (Lee & Hsieh, 2016). The some of the effects describes that it leads in destruction of the plants and plant species which affects the future of the economy.

According to Dorjsuren and Palmer inequality leads in distributing the resources in unequal manner this leads that economy distributes the resources according to the economic burden and due to benefits (Dorjsuren & Palmer, 2018). The study revealed that equality in the resources increases the usage of resources. Researchers demonstrate that tourism industry is the well-established industry and equality in the resources sometimes may leads in disturbing the condition of the environment. Therefore, this study links the political, social and economic factors with the tourism development. Researchers describes that it is the main context for discussing about the major issues.

The main reason of research is to investigate the association between equality and the development of tourism in the economy. The studies describe that equality and inequality is also the key concern in the development of tourism in sustainableway. Researchers describes that this is important to understand because equality also leads in providing negative impact on the environment for the reason that of disturbing the environment in ineffectively. Therefore researchers defined that more contemporary issues leads in decreasing the growth of the economy because of reduction in GDP.

Researchers conducted the study to examine the relationship among the tourism and equality (Ruhanen, Weiler, Moyle, & McLennan, 2015). The information is gathered from secondary and primary method that is by reviewing the articles as well as by taking the survey from the stakeholders. Conclusion

The purpose of the study is also to understand the issues which are majorly occurred and disturb the sustainable development of tourism in the economy (Mihalic, 2016). Therefore, through analyzing the researchers demonstrate that it affects the overall environment because of using more natural resources.

The study describes that in the development of tourism political, social and economic are the major factor which raise the distribution capacity in the economy. Therefore both the method is used in collecting the information. Therefore through analyzing it demonstrate that leads in increasing the influence on the environment due to using more resources which are scare such as fuel, coal as well as other resources.

From the above it is concludes that hospitality industry uses various efforts to protect the environment, whereas the tourism industry develop in various areas such as rural and urban areas. This leads in reducing the efficiency of the economy it is because tourism development destructs economy by using the various natural resources, the study revealed that the tourism industry use maximum scare natural resources. The tourism development affects the overall functioning of the economy it is because of detecting major affect in the forest, funds etc.

Through investigation I think, tourism industry uses different strategies for the tourism emergence in specific region. Therefore, for the sustainable development the industries follows several strategies but still it generate various issues. In my perspective equality can be the factor which leads in increasing the damage in the economy. Therefore, through this many effects will takes place in the economy which includes more use of scare resources as well as affecting the natural beauty of the economy.

From the above literature reviewed it is finds that sustainable tourism development leads in providing various benefits to the economy. This leads in increasing the GDP because of more natural things higher tourist gets attracted towards the particular areas. The above study also revealed that more tourism development that is using more resources, destructing the wildlife, more use of land this affects the tourist because of damaging the land. Therefore, studies also revealed that it sometimes creates the misbalanced of the ecology and leads in ineffective abuse of the growth of tourist.

Therefore, it sometimes also creates more problems regarding the waste, pollution as well as various other problems. From the various issues involved in sustainable tourism development there are various strategies which help in increasing the development of tourism in the economy.  The tourism industry ca n uses the strategy such as they can use the resources in more sustainable manner because the resources in the economy are scare which leads in increasing the resources as well as protecting the environment. The industry can also take support from the local communities to get the guidance and to make decision; the company can also provide training to all the members in the organization to develop the practices for protecting the environment in effective manner.

Conclusion

From the above it is conclude that sustainable tourism development are the procedure in which various structure are  followed to develop the tourism in the economy in most sustainable manner.  Therefore, the above investigation revealed that equality and economic growth are the major challenges which disturb the tourism industry to take initiatives in protecting environment. The analysis shows that more facilities and more resources lead in affecting the environment because of high degree of pollution, effecting forest of economy. Therefore, to overcome this difficulties company can provide training to the employees and can allocate the resources in efficiently.
