Conclusion

The project network diagram and the critical path had shown that the project activities are in line with the operations of the project. The dependencies of the project activities had shown that the operations of the project have occurred one after another. The constraint of the project is ‘as soon as possible’ and it would develop the practical development of the project. The project had integrated the use of application development and project management concepts for forming the appropriate development of the project operations. The development of the project operations had helped in developing plan for implementing the integrated operations of the project for developing the applications on iOS platform.
