Reflection

After working with the project of i-Crop I have gained skills of leadership that not only inspires me to work hard for the project but also helps in motivating the team members so that they can be able to achieve the goals of the project. It is found that project leadership generally assists in playing a vital role in achieving the project objectives. I have analyzed that as a leader one must have proper qualities of leadership so that they can be able to motivate the team members and can be able to provide suggestion so that the entire work of the project can be completed successfully. However, after engaging with this project, I have realized that the leadership style can change and it generally varies with situation as well as with the project one is engaged with.

As a project manager within the IT profession, it is quite necessary for the team members of the project to have proper skills and knowledge about the various methodologies as well as procedures that are mainly used for managing the work of the project. It is found that as per the project skills and knowledge in both programming as well as technological risks one generally required for the development of new system. Moreover, it is necessary to have proper skills and knowledge for the project manager so that they can be able accomplish project goal.
