Social media research centre is a research centre which is basically developed to manage the research paper implemented by the master’s and PhD students of different research institutions. As the time is increasing the number members and the number of papers are also increasing accordingly.  Due to the increasing amount of information currently the organization is acing major troubles. In order to mitigate the issues the Social media research centre is willing to implement a website based application system. It will help to enhance the operational ad functional ability of the data management system. This advanced approach is found to be very much efficient for the business organization. In fact before implementation of the project the project manager has estimated a project budget that is AUD 50000.00 and from the project requirement the project manager has identified that 8 months will be enough to complete the project. Collaboratively the determined project objectives are as follows:

During the analysis period of the project requirement it has been found that after successful delivery of the project it will be able to store the users requirement such as the details of the master’s and PhD research students and also the details of the publications. The system will have a login approach. Due to the presence of the login approach the authenticated users will be able to access data from the server. Not only this but also the unauthorized users will not be able to access any information from the server. In order to promote the proposed system and to grab large number of consumers throughout, implementation of social media is also found to be very much helpful.

It is expected that the project is required to be completed within 8 months with AUD 50000.00 considering all the required features and even before real world implementation of the project the project manager should go through all the requirement of the users. In order to reduce the total cut off cost of the project the project manager should eliminate the unwanted resources from the system and also only the required resources are needed to be considered by the project manager. Even after the project development, the project manager must deliver the system to the project tester and to the internal consumers to test whether the system is beneficial for the research centre or not. Finally, the executive of the company must approve all the components of the system.

The leading purpose of developing a communication plan is to build an organization which is completely free from the internal conflicts. If any organization lacks to develop a communication then project manager and the members of the project management team will not be able to exchange information or idea to one another.
