Thus this digital communication has having a vast impact over the interpersonal communication skills of the employees so that a proper type of relationship can be established with the other employees and with the managers. This paper has also discussed several type of problems which can occur due to not having proper interpersonal communication skills. In the final aspects this paper has discussed important theoretical guidelines so that this kinds of communication problems in the workplace can be minimized. As per the author digitalization of the communication can be effective for solving the problem in this case and for that smartphone devices and social media plays an important role.

According to this paper organizational communication is one of the important aspect for the success of organizations and businesses. For this reason flexibility and effectiveness is required for the modern communication strategies. Depending on this situation organizations has changed their communication procedures. Here, it has been assessed that organization communication has gone through a vast changes in the last decade. Considering this factor, this thesis has assessed the communicational issues which occurs due to unclear strategies and low communication interactions. Thus this paper has aimed to solve the communicational issues present in the organizations which will be done by building proper communication plans. In this paper, the simple strategy for improving the organizational communication is the digital communication. This paper has described the digital communication as some specific type of communication strategy which utilizes digital system and technologies. This paper has proposed digital communication tools as communication channels so that current problems in the communication procedures can be solved.

This paper has discussed a case study for the analysis of the digital communication applications. In this aspect the review has been done on an organization which uses an inexpensive type of digital communication mode. For the digital type of communication in this case study smartphones has been utilized as the communication medium among the organizational employees. Here the smartphone devices plays an important role for the organizational business as it helps to connect the stakeholders and the employees of the organization while they separated from each other by a long distance. This digital communication can play important role for easily monitoring each of the business operations of the organization and updating the necessaries. Also, accountability related issues can be also fixed by the implementation of the digital type of communication. Also, from the case study it has been assessed that digital communication can implement positive attitude among the employees. For this reason many organization has implemented monitoring of the digital communication of their employees. In this aspect also there are several kinds of issues as this surveillance is facing resistances from the organizational employees due to the privacy related issues. This paper has analysed these current concerns of the employees and for that an empirical study has been done of the computer-mediated workplace communication. From the study it has been assessed that employees who are concerned with their communication privacy view their policies of the organization less fair and they consists a less trust on the upper management. Thus, this can lead performance issues for the organizations.

This report has assessed digital type of communication within the workplace culture and how it influences wellbeing at the work. From the analysis it has been assessed there are total six types of aspects which are capable of affecting wellbeing at work. These six aspects are the communication flexibility, new technological tool adaption, overall quality of the messages, constant connectivity expectations, volume of the digital communication and technological problems. This article has demonstrated that digital communication is the most important factor for achieving wellbeing at the workplace. There are some other factors also which can also enhance the wellbeing in the workplace by increasing control and autonomy. With these factor there are social factors also which can help in the digital communication management within the workplace. Here, these factors include conventions in workplace, practices and work habits. From this analysis this article has provided proper understanding of association among wellbeing at the work and digital communication.

From the case analysis it has been assessed that Unified Communications and Collaboration is currently consisting a positive influence on both of the employees and the business of the organization and provides important benefits of the interactive experience, rich collaboration and human intelligence which will be helping in workplace transformation.

This research is on the influence of one type of digital communication technology on the interpersonal communication within workplace environment. In this aspect the digital communication medium is the social media communication. Previously, it has been assessed that most of the digital communication technology is having positive influence on both of the employees and the organization but in this aspect it has been assessed that social media is having more negative type of effects than the positive effects on the interpersonal workplace communication of the millennial. As there is more negative impacts this type digital communication procedures cannot be utilized in this case. Also, it is expected that millennial will be occupying workforce majority by the year 2020 and for this reason employers must be finding some other way so that communication with the millennial can be done in a proper way. This will be helping millennial to improve their current skills of interpersonal communication.

With that it is also assisting to increase the alternative worksites. In this way it is helping to disappear the traditional type of workday which is actually changing the current role of the managers. This article has mainly focused on the behaviour regarding communication among the employees and the managers and how the behaviours of them changed due to the implementation of the digital communication methods within the organizations. This article is also intending to uncover the expectations among the employee manager e-relationship.

This article has demonstrated that the professional persons are increasing the current use of the social networking software in a dramatic way. Currently, there are several of open questions regarding it. These questions includes how the social networking is used, whether it is enterprise friendly or not and whether it reduces or enhance the overall productivity of the organization. Here the authors has examined behaviours and the attitudes of the employees through some survey and focused interview. From the analysis the authors has founded utilization of extensive work and social uses including complex type of patterns.
