The analysis of the active project management would be helpful for developing the successful formation of the final deliverable for the organisation. The project consideration would be beneficial for forming the simplification of the operations. The utilisation of the factors would be eased with the simplification management process.

The following assignment would be helpful for forming the utilisation of the activity management factors for supporting the project of ‘ERP Implementation in Retail Organisation’, and it would provide the analysis of the resource management, risk management, communication management, procurement management, and stakeholder management.
