While dealing with the entire research issue I have gathered a wonderful learning experience. While identifying the research issue I have got to know how global organizations are facing innumerable challenges in maintaining accounting software within the operation process. At the same time, finance executives get innumerable challenges in maintaining their financial transaction through accounting (Zikmund et al. 2013). At the very initial stage I had a mere conception that accounting is very much beneficial for the company. At the same time it is having some of the major negative effects as well for gaining the organizational productivity. After identifying the research issue I came to know how much challenges the business employees are facing after the implementation of accounting. This particular study has focused to make an in-depth analysis on how business employees are facing difficulties in handling the advancement of technology.

After gaining this learning experience I have conducted the research by involving some of the contemporary scholar. After identifying the research problem I have made the research objectives. The primary objective of my research work was to critically evaluate the challenges and barriers that business experts have to face while implementing accounting within global organization (Bryman and Bell 2015). In order to evaluate the research objective I have gained experience on how business organizations as well as the employees are facing difficulties in maintaining accounting for transferring both internal as well as external financial information related to the organization.   

This learning process will be useful to critically evaluate the research issue by involving some of the eminent scholars (Sekaran and Bougie 2016). If I want to make a research in future based on the same topic this particular experience will be highly beneficial for me. On the other hand, this entire program has been conducted within limited span of time. As a result, the researcher could not focus in collecting sufficient data and information for accomplishing the entire research work. While conducting the research work next time I would like to focus in accomplish the entire research work by taking sufficient span of time so that enough data and information can be collected. On the other hand, this particular experience would be helpful in my future career development as well.

Initially I had struggled immensely in collecting necessary data and information from relevant sources as this project was my first attempt. Next time, whenever I will wish to attempt for another research issue I would not have to face difficulties in dealing with the respondents. At the same time, I would be able to find out relevant data and information without any struggle. At the same time, it is undeniable that I had to face innumerable difficulties in interacting with the participants initially. After conducting this specific research I got to know how to collect data from the participants instead of having language barrier, psychological barrier and so on.

At the very initial stage I had to face difficulties in choosing the research topic. After going through the paper of some of the eminent scholars I have come to know how to analyze the research paper from different perspectives. A particular research issue can be evaluated from different perspectives (Hartman, DesJardins and MacDonald 2014). The primary responsibility of the researcher is to collect relevant data and information from different resources and to use that particular data within the research work for accomplishing the entire work successfully (Gebauer, Worch and Truffer 2012).

While making the literature review, I have gone through the paper of other eminent scholars as well. They have also highlighted numerous challenges of accounting for maintaining global organization. It was an excellent learning experience from where I have developed my research issue properly. While interacting with the participants I have come to know the culture of diverse people. I had to be accustomed with the language of other people as well. Therefore, I had been flexible with multi-lingual attitudes. Therefore, in future I would not have to face difficulties in dealing as well as communicating with the participants effectively.  

The primary issue of this specific project was the impact of accounting on the overall performance level of the business organization (Kolb and Kolb 2012). In order to analyze the impact the researcher has highlighted some of the major challenges that employees in general and finance executives in particular has to face innumerable difficulties in getting accustomed with the advancement of technology. However, people belonging to different geographical boundaries were also associated with the data collection method. Therefore, the researcher from this specific research project got to know on how to treat every single participant with equal respect and dignity (Baden and Parkes 2013).

While dealing with the research issue I got to know accounting is one of the major significant parts of finance department based on which employees are able to maintain a chronological database properly. In some of the cases it has been observed that senior employees are not accustomed enough in evaluating data and information by using accounting software (Zaglia 2013). Therefore, they have to face major challenges in providing effective services to the customers. In this kind of situation, my research paper has provided some of the major recommendations based on which the employees can improve their performance level (Siemens 2012). However, from the particular research issue I have learnt that how to accomplish a particular project properly.

The primary reason of selecting this particular research issue is to evaluate the importance of accounting software in enhancing the performance level of the employees. In order to deal with the accounting software business managers have to face innumerable challenges (De Clercq et al. 2012). In spite of facing difficulties in using accounting the business employees are instructed to handle financial data by using accounting. Therefore, in my research issue I had to highlight various positive aspects of using accounting software while maintaining financial database of the organization. At the same time, I have focused to point out different factors that affect in order to implement accounting software within the business organization. Therefore, apart from going the research issue I have gathered numerous additional knowledge and information regarding impact of accounting as well as its necessary significance. Therefore, the overall study has provided an in-depth overview about the impact of using accounting in maintaining database (Siemens 2012).  

The entire learning process will be effective while conducting the research work next time. This particular research was my first attempt. Therefore, it has been observed that people belonging to different geographical markets were not very much flexible in communicating with me. While dealing with the participants I have gathered experience on how to communicate with the people of different cultures and attitudes. While accomplishing a project in future I would not have to face difficulties in dealing with the participants of different geographical markets. In addition, initially I had to face struggle in selecting the methodological tools. However, for making future study I would not have to face innumerable difficulties in choosing the methodological approaches in order to collect data and information. In addition, the entire experience of data collection procedure can be applied in future study by finding its better scope and opportunity (Sekaran and Bougie 2016).
