The following paper has been prepared to study the different types of HR policies and other employee perspectives generally in the public sector organizations of United Kingdom and Australia. The report has included 5 different research papers that were written or printed since the year 2010. The different papers have explained the policies and other HR regulations of the organization. The identification of the different types of regulations in both UK and Australia has been helpful for gaining a clear and transparent idea of the ways by which the government and the management of the Public sector organizations manages their diversity policy.

The main purpose of this research is to highlight the important aspects of Human Resource Management, that the management’s of public and private sector business organizations can utilize like team work, job design, leadership, control and managerial roles in the organization. Apart from that it can be said that this research work would help to highlight the staffing practices and career management within the public sector enterprises. The aims and objectives of this research is to know how can the human resources in the public sector are exploited, what is Human Resource Management in general and along with these the research also highlights various operations of Human Resource Management in public sector companies. The hypothesis of the research would be that the managements of the public sector organizations do not exploit the human resources. For conducting the research work secondary data were collected from various journals books magazines websites and many more sources and automatic analysis was performed to evaluate the collected data. The research questions are as follows

Staffing practices and Career Management in Public Sector Enterprises

It can be said that human resource management is a continuous process for recruiting stuffs for the business organizations and also to retain the employee performance. Other than that it can be said that human resource management is the heart of the organization and it determines how successful the organization can be as it manages the effectiveness of the general workforce of the companies. It is seen that in contemporary world the public sector companies exploit the human resources at times and that is not something desired and thus the purpose of this research work is to highlight the situations to increase the awareness. On the other hand the foundation of the human resource management can be looked at as an effective tool to manage and retain the workforce and also a model or a framework utilized to increase the effectiveness of the general workforce of the business organization. Thus it can be said that Human resource management evaluates the performance level of the existing employees, recruits and retains the workforce of the company and also solves the issues that the employees are facing and at times prepare policies for the organizations for the best interest of the business organization, the workforce along with all the stakeholders of the company. This report highlights how in public sector business organizations human resources get exploited and the research paper thus provides some input to eradicate the issues for the sustainable development of the business sector.

The following article has tried to convey the food banking in Australia. In the last 20 years the food banking system in Australia has expanded rapidly and has adopted a much more corporate nature. The food banking in Australia was created due to the emergency relief system of Australia which is linked to the social welfare system of the country. Emergency relief Assistance has been defined as the provision of assisting the persons who are in the midst of a financial crisis. The nature of the commonwealth emergency relief funding formula of the organizations is highly problematic in nature. The amount of emergency relief funds is allocated according to the demands of each of the state. The food banks thus tend to supply a centralized system to facilitate the easy providence of food according to the demands. The main research questions that were framed in this research included.

The paper has clearly stated its acknowledgement to different secondary sources of information that has helped to formulate the research. Internet and other books were a great source of information from where extensive data was collected by the researchers of this paper. The information provided by Food bank Australia was also of great help to the organization as because it helped to gather the correct and authentic source of information regarding the distribution of data accordingly. The food banks of Southern Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia were used to get an idea of the history of the following. The researchers have also used the framework formulated by Carol Bacchi in the year 2009. The following article presents a detailed review of the change management that is undertaken by the public organizations and also determines the extent to which the literature has responded to the earlier critiques regarding the absence of contextual factors.  The particular study has analysed almost 133 different articles that were published in between the years 2000 to 2010. The review of the literature on organizational change management within the public sector enterprise has been examined thoroughly to get a transparent idea of change management in the different public sector organizations of Australia. Change is always a multi level and multi faceted phenomenon which is indicative that the different differences between the public sectors can have its due importance. The main theme of the following report is the importance of reducing the carbon emissions and also the environmental factors that must be considered by the business organizations. The study has emphasized the importance of the development of the human society and takes a low carbon and green development path for the sustainable growth. The study has concentrated on the appliances retail industry. The following retail industry has been engaged in selling household appliances for the consumers. The absence of a unified definition on low carbon economy has limited the scope of the study. The researchers have used the secondary research methods to complete the analysis of the report and find out the results.
