Identification of externally driven crisis

The identification of different needs of the corporate organizations has helped the educational organizations in introducing courses in order to enhance the grooming process of the candidates. The key elements of change that are undertaken by the organizations are based on the  identification of the needs of the corporate organizations while developing the course work (Chapman, David and Samira  249). · The educational organization aims at providing education to the poor local communities in Egypt. The different regulations that are imposed by the government relating to the upliftment of the local communities has helped the organization in undertaking different activities and programs in order to support the communities (Shooshtarian et al. 30).

· The stabilization of the political situation under the leadership of Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has helped the organization in maintaining their operations as per the objectives of uplifting the local poor communities, which cannot afford the costs of higher education. The political stabilization in the nation has helped in the growth of the organization. On the other hand, the government funded the different activities that are planned by the business. It has helped in facilitating the smooth functioning of the organization as per the objectives of the same.

· The economic stability and growth in the Egyptian economies has helped the organization in collecting funds for the smooth functioning of the organization. It has been forecasted that the GDP of the nation will be rising by 5% by the end of the fiscal year 2018. It has helped the organization in undertaking the smooth functioning of the same (Papacharissi, Zizi and Maria 280).

· The lack of affordability of the local communities might affect the functions. Most of the communities employ their children in different jobs, which might affect the organizational operations of providing the children with education and empowerment (Chapman, David and Samira  249).

Social

· Diversity in the culture and perceptions of the people in the lower communities of Egypt has affected the organizational operations, as most of them do most believe in relief aids.

Language differences might create a barrier for the organization while operating on the objectives of the same to provide different educational solutions to the poor communities in order tom empower the same (Papacharissi, Zizi and Maria 280).

The lack of proper technological assistance like digital learning procedures will be affecting the operations of the organization while operating as per the objectives of the same.  Lack of suitable investments in improving the technological elements has affected the organizational operations as per the objectives of the organization (Bray andOra 492). 

The different stakeholders that are involved in the smooth functioning of the concerned organization are teachers, students, parents, school authorities like the policy framers, teacher training organizations and the investors (Rumbley et al. 235). The concerned organization is a NGO, which aims at providing education and develop local communities enhancing their capacities in Upper Egypt (Chapman, David and Samira  249). The different activities that are undertaken by the organization has helped in the development of the local communities through education and empowerment of the capabilities of the same. However, the issues that are faced by the organization have affected the interests of the stakeholders.  On the other hand, most of the people  in the local communities of Egypt employ their children in different technical fields which is laborious in order to support the families. The differences in the cultures might affect the lifestyle of the children and thereby affect the organizational objectives of providing education in order to develop capabilities in the individuals (Shooshtarian et al. 30). The lack of a large number of students might also affect the interest of the organization, as the investors will be looking forward to examine the activities of the organization before investing.

The risk and uncertainty that is faced by educational organization while operating on its objective of  providing education and empowerment to the low and poor communities are based on the lower receptive nature of the communities (Wals). Lack of proper understanding of the cultures might also affect the policy makers and authoritative bodies of the organization in formulating policies for the smooth functioning of the activities. Lack of smooth functioning of the organization might also affect the teacher training organizations, which operates in a collaborative manner with the concerned organization. The lack of sufficient educators in the field of research and education will be affecting the interests of the teacher training organizations (Nagarajan and Karatholuvu  27).

The weaknesses and internal driven issues that might be faced by the organization while operating as per the objectives are specifically based on the capabilities of the same in undertaking the campaigns (Frehywot). The organization aims at providing education and empowerment to the poor local communities in order to enhance the capabilities of the people. However, lack of sufficient resources has affected the functioning of by the organization as per the objectives if the same. The organization also faces difficulties in understanding the multi- dimensional culture of the lowly poor communities in Upper Egypt. On the other hands, the lack of proper teaching staffs in the organization due to the poor remuneration system has affected the capabilities of providing education to the large sections of students.  Shahjahan  680 stated that the insufficiency of the workforce affects the capabilities of organization while operating in diverse international markets. The most important issue that is faced by the organization is due to the lack of strong connections with the international donators. The donations that are received by the organization helps the same in maintaining the efficacy of the operations (Frehywot). The organization operates on the donations that are received by the same through international relations. However, the lack of proper relations with the international donators has affected the financial capabilities of the organization while planning different campaigns in order to support the cause of educating the poor communities. The casual involvement of the stakeholders in the organizational processes has affected the capabilities of the same in designing the processes in order to respond to the needs of the local communities (Wals). The organization also faces an issue relating to lack of proper communication among the different departments. Lack of proper utilization of a communicational medium has affected the collaborative functioning of the business while operating as per the objectives of the organization. Suitable communicational facilities will be helping the organization in maintaining the efficacy of the operations as per the needs of the business. Therefore, the lack of proper communication methods has affected the performance of the same while operating as per the objectives of the enterprise.

The diversity in the cultures would affect the organizational abilities of framing a compact module for educating the different communities. Diverse range of cultures and languages of the people has affected the organizational operations through restrictions in order to act as per the ethics (Shooshtarian et al. 30).
