Objectives of the Proposal

The project had been developed for the arrangement of the two servers and 10 computer devices for an organization. The implementation of the networking server would require the effective and smart planning as there are numerous requirements for the implementation of the network servers and computer devices for the small organization. The problems that need to be sorted in the operations of the project are lack of the dedicated server for the storage media of the small organization.

The development of the 2 servers and the installation of the 10 computers would ensure that the small organization would be able to carry out their business and operations. The implementation of the improved processes would be resulted from the installation of the servers and connecting them on a mass scale. The support of the improvement strategies would lead to the benefit of the organization in managing and maintaining their operations with the help of server and network connection. It would enhance the scope for the improvement of the operations of the organization and development of the operations.

The implication of the 2 servers and 10 computers at the work station would help in forming the improved operations for the organization. The execution of the enhanced procedures would be come about because of the establishment of the servers and interfacing them on a mass scale. The help of the change methodologies would prompt the advantage of the association in overseeing and keeping up their operations with the assistance of server and system association. It would upgrade the degree for the change of the operations of the association and improvement of the operations.

The performance measurement of the implemented network with 2 servers and 10 computers installed at the main workstation. The development of the improved processes would be measured in terms of the effectiveness of the operations of the organization. The time taken for running a query (data transfer, copy or modification) would be considered for evaluation of the performance. The measurement of the performance is also done for realizing the improvement of the existing facilities and formation of the improved processes.

The project is IT based and involves the development of the effective operations for the organization to carry out its data management and storage. The project requires the use of market analytics for the development of the improved technological tools and equipments. However, the project can be considered as the technological development of the small organization and it would serve the purpose of improved processes and market analysis too. The data collected and evaluated would help the organization for improving their existing facilities by implementing improved operations.

Performance Measurement

There are several small organizations and companies that require the use of server based operations for increasing their efficiencies and developing improved processes in the organization. The management of the improved processes would form the implementation of the organizational development. The support of the improvement strategies would lead to the benefit of the organization in managing and maintaining their operations with the help of server and network connection. It would enhance the scope for the improvement of the operations of the organization and development of the operations.

The development of the project of the Implementation of the 2 new servers and 10 new computer devices would result in forming the accurate and systematic development of the organization. The project can be considered as the technological development of the small organization and it would serve the purpose of improved processes and market analysis too. The expansion of the market of the organization would be resulted by the deployment of the servers and new computers. The development of the organization had resulted in forming the occasional influence on the development of the operations. The increase of the customers and scalable expansion of market would be caused by the use of the project planning and execution.

The specific target of the project is the IT development organizations and the small organizations that are in need of the existing facilities and development of operations. The increase of the customers would be resulted from the expansion of the existing operations and development of the improved functions for the organization.

The implementation of the two new servers is a matter of risk and the organization would have to deal with the issues like misalignment of the servers, issues of the system failure, threat of data loss, and cease of resources. These are the major issues or dis-benefit of the project including the depletion of the resources, time consuming for the completion of the operations and the excessive exhaustion of the resources.

The most prior requirement of the project would be the funds and the money required for the accumulation of the other resources. The use of networking concept and the project management concepts had helped in forming the completion of the project. The execution of the improved strategies would be occurred in light of the foundation of the servers and interfacing them on a mass scale.
