Communication plays an important role in transferring the ideas from one individual to another.   It is necessary for evaluating one’s role in gaining better communication process. For managing the communication it is necessary to attain work on the main focus area that is related to development of effective communication skills. It is important for an individual to develop effective communication practice that will certainly allow in maintaining a balance in an individual this is important to attain better goals that will allow in generating effective results. This is important for gaining communication capabilities and deciding well definite results. For the purpose of gaining individual competency, it is important to come up with a better communication plan. This plan is important enough for attaining effective goals. It is extraordinary for the individual to manage the individual competency and achieving results thereafter. It is mostly important for the purpose of managing the challenges with the effective communication skills. In order to develop the communication channels, it is necessary for me to develop the competency. It is necessary for arranging better goals and understanding the alcoholic diagnostic tool. The channel is therefore important enough for generating better results and managing the effective growth. I have learnt to develop the better communication skills through development of my skills. These skills are developed down the lane through development of effective communication channel. These communication channels are evident for placing the individual competency and arranging better results. For maintaining a balance it is evident to generate better results.  It is important to manage the results.  It is definitely important for maintaining a balance in organizing the results.  The alcoholic diagnostic tool is important enough for gaining results. I have gained positive results through the communication style. This is important for arranging better results and managing better outcome.

The non verbal immediacy scale self report is a diagnostic tool that reports positive attitude of a person towards other.  This scale is an important parameter through which an individual can understand the behavior. This instrument is important aspect that allow in understanding individual competency. The assessment technique is important enough for understanding one’s competency and developing a channel in order to manage better results. The purpose is to organize the better individual results and attaining goals in order to manage effectiveness. The proper communication channel is necessary enough for defining roles and responsibilities while dealing with other people. The communication channel is evident for managing the success and failure of an individual. It is important to attain better growth and development in order to organize results. The necessary outcome related with an organization is to manage the challenges and accepting the most effective growth. It is necessary for attaining the results and organizing most effective channel. I scored 83 in this test that shows that I have a positive attitude while communicating with other people. This is a positive indication in my communication style that depicts my competency. I am very much open in communicating with people from the different cultural background. This allows in putting forward the immediate action that I have witnessed while communicating with other. The purpose of an effective communication process is to attain growth while understanding the necessity. Through this assessment I have understood my internal competency to communicate with others. I have better communication process that allow in gaining effectiveness and arranging growth. It is necessary for maintaining a balance and attaining goals.

The diagnostic tool that I have used is willingness to listen. This tool helps in understanding the behavior of an individual whether he is capable of listing to other or not. This is evident enough to understand the individual behavior and belief in managing the results. The overall purpose of communication is to listen to the ideas of other person. In this way it is possible to known the idea. I scored 82 in this diagnostic tool. This depicts my behavior toward other why listening to them. It is clear from the research that I am a good listener. I have an ability to listen other people in a better way. This is important enough for generating competency and attaining long-term goals. It is important to understand one’s mindset while developing effectiveness. The purpose of communication is to listen carefully to the idea of other. In this way it is possible to manage the changes and accept the upcoming challenges. In order to attain individual growth, it is important to attain definite results. This will surely allow in managing creative results and accepting the best possible way to accomplish lob-term desirable growth. It is necessary for developing individual growth and managing competent results for the purpose of attaining role and responsibility. 

Communication Practice for Managing Effectiveness and Pre-requisite Goals

The other test which I undertook is PRICA. This test is undertaken in order to understand one’s competency while communicating with a person belonging to a different cultural background. Initially I faxed issue in communicating the ideas with the people of different countries. It is due to the reason that I come from a different country.  That is why i face issue in communicating with other people. I scored 40.  This is important enough for understanding the gaps that is in communication process. The ineffectiveness is caused due to the gap in the communication process. It is necessary for attaining communication effectiveness and ginning better results. For an individual this is an important way to understand the gap in the communication process. In today’s competitive era, one of the major communication issue faced is cross-communication. This issue is important enough for dealing in people coming from the other cultural background. The purpose is to mitigate the gap and to understand the necessary and desirable goals. It is important enough for managing the cross-cultural communication issues and attaining better results. For the purpose of communication, it is evident to look forward for an effective communication process and channel that will assure growth. It is necessary for managing the gaps and providing with the best possible result.

The next diagnostic tool used here is TFD. This test is used to attain an individual competency to tolerate other person while communication. It is important to notice that one meet people with different understanding and communication skills. This is important for managing a level of understanding and developing it in order to gain competency. It is necessary from the point of view of becoming a better communicator. In order to communicate the idea, it is necessary to come up with an effective tolerance skill. This will allow in managing the communication process. I scored 53 which depict a high TFD.  This showcases my behavior towards the others while communication.

I faced while communicating with people belonging to different culture.  This issue is caused due to the confidence issue in communication. These gaps were caused due to difference in culture. Another issue I faced is in  terms of confidence issue. I lacked confidence while communicating with other people. These areas need to be focused upon in order to gain competency.  

Communication plays an important role in an individual life. It is necessary for an individual to develop an effective communication process in order to overcome the challenges. These challenges can only be surpassed through better and effective communication skills. It is important to develop a better communication channel in order to match up with the expectations of other. It is necessary for managing a balance and attaining goals(Tam, 2015).  For the purpose of attaining long term sustainable goal, it is necessary to come up with a better communication process. The purpose is to mitigate the gaps in the communication procedure. The diagnostic tool is used to mitigate the gap in the communication process. It is therefore important enough for assessing the different channel of communication. The purpose of communication is important for managing the gaps and permitting in attaining better goals. It is important enough for managing the communication skills. The purpose of developing effective communication skills is to overcome the gap and generating effective results(Conrad & Newberry, 2012). This is necessary for maintaining the necessary communication channel and attaining goal in order to mitigate the issues.
