This could be possible only with the real-time application of the apt training and development processes. This should felicitate the personal growth on both private and professional front. The employee structure must be chosen effectively in Hilton Hotels, and the human resource department must have authority for proper management of the employees. Training is not something which should be practised only occasionally or periodically but should constantly be practised in order to ensure efficiency of employees.
