After analysing the background of CC Music Company, I have found that open source software is the most suitable one. I have compared the features and technical characteristic of the open source software and selected the most appropriate for CC music. Though cloud based solutions are much effective but it costs very high. After analysing the system capabilities I have realized that though at the system implementation phase the cloud based solutions are seemed to be costly but these are much beneficial due to its long term sustainability ability. As VIENNA Advantage Community Edition is an open source software thus, I felt that using this cloud based solution will be much profitable. Moreover, I can say that, for Closed Circuit Music Company, if this open source software is used then that will not require any additional cost. In order to host the site only the company will be changed and no additional costs will be required. I have found that certain additional features such as cost effectiveness, freedom for lock-in, faster timing and security are also there from which the company will get positively affected.
