In changing economy of current tines, there is essentiality improvising business requirements as per the changing demands of the market, customers as well as technologies. It makes cause for changes in the environment of business. On the other hand, IT infrastructure increases overall efficiency of the operating elements of the organization. Management of the infrastructures in such areas like cloud, security, IT, server, application data as well as people is provided major significance. Hence, in order to ensure effective service, the infrastructure management has an important role. Present study deals with the project preliminaries, purpose as well as scope of the problem space and business context. In addition, the scope of the system descriptions as well as assumptions for the case study AusEd is discussed in the study. Appropriate system diagram is designed using suitable schematic diagrams.  Moreover, list of equipments as well as devices for the design is discussed in the study.

AusEd has expanded its business across Australia and outside of diversifying sources of funding. In tactical forms, extending educational services to the areas with unreliable internet connections is processed. In this aspect, enhancing reliability for evaluation of the students are required. However, it is important to maintain accosting system that running MYOB software and customer relationship management system would be helpful. Laudon and Laudon (2015) stated that development of add-on to Moodle like the students maintaining personal computers is important for the organization. In addition, local databases of Moodle discussion forums with a centralized database during availability of connection are required.  The photographs need including a reliable time stamp need to be kept securely until it is transferred to central local internet connection.

Involving IT infrastructure management involves taking control of IT environment of the organization. In digital environment, several factors are out of control. Hence, controlling and creating factors that are included in technological stability will discuss the immediate advantages  as well as significance of IT infrastructure management of the organization. IT infrastructure management can present several ways to monitor viruses to the surveying equipments for signs as well as upgrading imminent (Ortiz et al. 2017). In the preset context, AusED Inc is known as non-profit private education organization, aims to provide online education in information technology as well as business to the students across the world.  Donovan (2016) mentioned that the organization wants to involve and work partnership with the communities, industries as well as business. It seeks providing multiple learning experiences along with opportunities so that it helps to enrich learning journey of the students.  On the other hand, there are two components to the strategic plan of AusED Inc. It is required to increase income through diversifying sources of funding. Additionally, extending educational services to the areas with poor and unreliable internet connections is required by the project of AusED Inc. Along with these, it is important to use and participate in the process of developing open sources software (Kuroki et al. 2017). Development of add-on to Moodle like that the students can be able to maintain on personal computers is one of the major activities and technology plane for AusED Inc. In addition, local databases of Moodle discussion forum with a central database system are required considered as purpose and scope of the problem space as well as business context.

Management of IT infrastructure in various ways is helpful to increase strategic planning as well as business revenues. It is considered as an extreme requirement as well as significance for infrastructure management in the organization. It assists to fulfill organizational targets. Cloud infrastructure is based on virtualization tools in order to implement sources from IT. In addition, investments are used in flexible as well as efficient way that increases security of the organization.

Scope of the system explanations and assumptions

In the present case study, the organization provides distance education programs and the student can study from any part of the world specially Australia, Papua New Guinea as well as South Pacific Islands. The students of AusED Inc pursues study programs through several means consisting of using special study lectures as well as receiving study materials online by post. Hence, it is required to expand its education program by increasing IT infrastructure (Braojos-Gomez et al. 2015). Moreover, it is important to develop online discussion forums as well as electronic library resources and direct communication with lectures as well as through receiving study materials online by post.

In this situation, AusED Inc wants to add special study centers in Darwin, Pt Moresby, Alince Springs and Suva. In those hubs, students can fulfill their demands and get support. The centers provides students a place in order to meet with the staffs along with colleagues in order to develop study groups and access resources as well as technology. In the study centers, the organization provides several facilities such as student computers as well as workstations. In addition, support staffs are present for helping academic enquiries. The students can do photocopying, scanning as well as printing. In the hub, the students can avail facilities like multimedia meeting areas with state-of-art video conferencing facilities. In addition, tutorial meeting rooms are available for the study groups (Redlich et al. 2015). On the other hand, tutorial meeting rooms are also available for the study groups. Wireless networking can enable connection of the student devices as well as laptops to internet along with AusED systems/

Suprayitno and Soemitro (2017) commented that economic sustainability can be taken as the combination of remaining commercially viable as well as ideally across the future generations. Hence, it is required to be viable and able to sustain operations in facing unexpected as well as severe events for global financial crisis (Berger et al. 2017). On the contrary, five capitals that consist of natural capital that comes from ecological system view economic sustainability. It generates capital that comes from productive activities. Human capital that comes from talented people and social capital come from social trust as well as social interaction.

Application infrastructure would assist in the assessment of the applications in the organization, mapping several underlying applications such as databases, designing applications infrastructure and migration of the applications to distinctive destination from source, monitoring as well as management of vendors (Gardner et al. 2015). On the other hand, overall concept of IT infrastructure management is rapidly adapting in the organizations in order to encounter the existing demands of the customers. The assets of the organization are required to handle carefully to the changes in technology. It turns helping to overcome risks as well as decreases complexity of the issues. In every area, infrastructure management is required to interlink for adopting practices that are considered as the best in industry.

However, environment sustainability is directly focused on physical environment. Economic as well as environment sustainability are linked in various ways. Hence, generating products as well as services need to greater or lesser degree that uses natural resources. Hence, ei it comes with environment cost. In the present case study, AusEd has made a technology plan. Project off-line module is one of the major aspects involved with technology plan. In this aspect, local databases of Moodle (Kabir et al. 2014). On the other hand, development of add-on moodle those students are able to complete the examinations. Running any of MS Windows, Mac OS or Linux operating systems are photographed at regular intervals by on-board computer of computers. The photographs need consists of reliable timestamp as well as kept securely when it is transferred to central location. In addition, it is important to develop program that makes the process easy for the organization. However, AusEd organized in three organizational structures need to be managed properly. AusEd has 2000 students and nearly 100 staffs. Thus, it is important to manage them effectively.

List of equipments and devices for the design

Effective IT infrastructure management is helpful to reduce cost. If management of IT infrastructure will not be able predicting or managing disasters, it is required to lead lengthy downtimes (Dolinsky et al. 2015). Adjustment of infrastructure enhancing agility as well as simplicity in the project will be helpful to minimize time, effort as well as budget. Implementing virtualization in order to increase efficiency will move workload to fewer amounts.

Conclusion

From the above study, it concludes that it is important for an organization to focus on development effective IT infrastructure so that the organization can obtain competitive advantages. Organization gets advantage from architecture of the infrastructure. In addition, it is important to gather the requirements for the organization so that it helps to fulfill demands of the organization. In the present case study, AusEd has decided to expand its learning and online education in information technology and business to the students. Distance education programs are studied across the world. In this aspect, information technology program has been expanded and regarding this. Thus, proper analysis and justification of the requirements will be helpful for the organization.
