Employees will love to work in the good environment and through the leader; they gain this inspiration as well. Clear vision, courage and self-motivation are the important factors in the business and that is the reason most of the decisions are right and impacted on the organisational development as well.

In case of Auckland Transport, In HR department situational leadership and transformation leadership is the key process to evaluate the influence of the good traits and delivering proper outcome from employees as well.

In this case of leadership test, ‘The Myers & Briggs’ is important to evaluate the strength and weakness of mine and state the improve way of personal understanding.

The form of questionnaire states that my behaviour is kind of Executive form and I have some specific quality specification for that process. The aim aspect of Executives is to anticipate the difference between right and wrong and socially familiar with the community together. Those people who have Executive personality type are appreciated for their lucid recommendation and leadership, and they gladly lead the method on complex paths. Taking conceit in involving employees in together, Executives frequently obtain on roles as society organizers, functioning hard to fetch everyone jointly in the merriment of appreciated local actions, or in resistance of the conventional principles that grasp families and communities mutually (16personalities.com, 2018). This is the main factor of personal involvement also and to look back the situation where the organisation in and where to go in future.

The two major strengths, in that case, are Planning and Decision making. The set up planning is important for the operational process. Leaders have to plan for their entire situation and if the plan is not consolidated in the right form then the process of final implementation is not done. The process of planning is needed to be implemented properly as the process set expectation for the organisation and employees (16personalities.com, 2018). The planning helps to allocate resources and engage people in the development of the business. There are some future projects that need planning as well and the things are sorted in the right manner for the entire process. There is some uncertainty in planning and this is the way best measurements are taken into account. Strategic planning helps in growth of the organisation and allows the cultural development in business.

In case of decision-making situation, leaders have to identify the problem creating juncture in the business and then the state the right decision for that process.  The decision will change the business opportunity and maintain a link between the organisation and employees. The aspect of gathering information is the key process that states the judgement and delivers the right decision in that case (16personalities.com, 2018). The process of decision making also identify the alternatives and evaluate the feasibility, acceptability and desirability. The process of choosing alternative way is the key aspect of business and leaders have to take those decisions for the change in business. There are some situations when an organisation is in adverse condition, the decision-making statement from the leaders is important in that case.

Targeted managerial position

Two major weaknesses in this process are the lack of confidence and communication. The lack of confidence is creating the problem for implementing the process. There is a risk factor always present in the implementation of any process and that is the reason I have to think many times before delivering the decision and this is the weakness that dragged me backward in some cases and needs to be mitigated in the right form (16personalities.com, 2018).

In case of communication problem, leaders face some interaction problems also and that locate the understating disability of a person and if employees are not gettable to their leader the leader may feel the same in that situation.  There are some cultural conflicts happened in the process and that is the reason communication efficiency is needed by the leader.

The cultural sensitivity is the major aspect of leadership form and as a human resource manager; I have to take care of that (Arroliga et al., 2014). The perspective of the business is the key issue for the formulation of business and equal set of mentality is needed from the leader. Cultural diversity is the main process in this segment that is needed to be formulated by the leader. Sacrificing quality for variety does no good in quality to anyone, nor does preventive opportunities to others based on external individuality. The organization should not hire an employee only because of skin colour or gender, not if present is a better applicant that doesn’t have a sensible disqualifier against them (Voegtlin, Patzer & Scherer, 2012). The sense of cultural diversity is the main reason where the customer gets involved with the organization in that believes that organization will treat no matter the cast, sex and religion I belong from. This change needs to be there and should be implemented by the leader.

In case of Auckland Transport, the customer-centric culture needs to be implemented so that customers feel the extra engagement with the company. The transport system operation needs some efficient person to deal with the customer need and the ambience they want or the greet they expected from employees. This is the major aspect of customer-centric approach to engaging them with business.
