The paper outlines the leadership styles of three different leaders include Mr. Bradford Leon Banducci, Alan Joseph Joyce and Ms. Gillard. These are the Australian leaders who are giving contribution in success and growth of the country. The paper explains that how these leaders attain goals and objectives with the help of leadership styles. Furthermore, leadership traits of different leaders have been explained in the task. Mr. Bradford Leon Banducci is the Chief executive officer and managing director of Woolworth’s limited company since 26th February 2016. He is playing an active leadership role in Woolworth’s supermarkets. He plays a significant role in Woolworths to attain long term goals and objective in the marketplace. Let’s talk about his background, Mr. Bradford Leon is called as Brad also and he got a bachelor degree in commerce. He is very dedicated person who always want to enhance and boost the capabilities of the workers in the workplace. Mr. Bradford Leon has obtained enormous information, experience and knowledge in the field of leadership. He has a strong and dynamic background in the liquor industry because Mr. Bradford Leon was chief executive office at wine retail company prior to Woolworths. Along with this, he is an effective entrepreneur and retailer measured by discipline. He focuses on the needs, demand and requirements of the customers to increase and enhance the sale of Woolworth’s group. To understand and analyze the needs and demand of the customers, Mr. Bradford Leon understands the Australian market and evaluate the risks of the market. In addition, he maintains track record for growing valuable business and developing the employees in the organization. He worked on a large number of acquisition and improvement programs with many of the leading retailers across the world. It shall be noted that Bradford Leon protects the interest and rights of the stakeholders to maximize profitability and revenue of the firm. He focuses on the activities and operations of the Qantas airline company. He provides power and authorities to workers to make effective and unique decisions in the organization. He protects the rights of the customers by providing unique and dynamic airline services to the customers. Three year transformation plan has been implemented by Alan Joseph Joyce within the organization to stay in the competitive market. On the above discussion, it has been concluded that leaders play a vital role in each and every company. No company can expand and grow the business without effective and dynamic leadership. Various leadership styles are used by the firm to maximize outputs and minimize risks and challenges. Now it is recommended that the companies should promote and enhance leaders to gain long term competitive advantages.
