Student those who are seeking for casual work require appropriate training so that could manage their job as well as their studies as study is the primary motive. The major part time job options available for students in Australia are working in the library, coffee shops, restaurants, BPOs, movie theatres, content writing, store executives, etc. Thus, management of the college in Australia is planning to help those students who do not belong to the rich family background and requires managing their studies and its expenses. In order to manage these expenses, most of the students opt for part time jobs. Although, part time jobs affect student’s primary motive i.e. studies, it is also essential in order to help fund their educational expenses. In order to analyse the training program for the students for guiding them to manage jobs and study together, above mentioned part time jobs will be analysed so that relevant training program and plan could be designed.

Apart from the on the job training methods, college management has also planned to include off the job training measures in the training plan with the objective to provide both classroom training and practical training to the students. Role plays, business games, demo training, videos, etc. are certain effective mediums of off the job training which will help the students to gain appropriate knowledge as required for the available part time jobs. Apart from these measures, college management could also adopt conferencing technique in where group of individuals will discuss on one topic with regards to the challenges, issues and benefits so that appropriate benefits could be discussed. This helps the students to gain appropriate knowledge regarding all resolutions available to face the challenges and issues which could be raised at the time of doing actual job operations.

From the aforesaid information, it can be concluded that large number of students opts for part time job option during their studies in other locations apart from their hometown. With regards to the scenario discussed in this report, it has been observed that part time jobs help students to manage their educational expenses as well as the expenses for living as both these expenses are bit high in Australia in comparison to other locations. Students migrate from different parts of the world to Australia seeking for good knowledge and education but on the other hand, educational expenses are bit high in Australia.
