Project Management concept has been largely developed for evaluating the development of project and forming the appropriate development of project tools and options. The development of project operations is being utilized for realizing the use of project management tools and options. The development of web applications had been possible with the help of project tools and options. The deployment of web based application and its concepts would be helpful for forming the analysis of the project tools and options. Assumptions and Constraints
The project had been developed for developing the appropriate development of web application for Social Media Research Centre. The details of assumptions and constraints are given in table below,

Assumptions: The development of project activities had been formed for forming the appropriate web application implementation for the Social Media Research Centre. The project had been assumed to complete in less than 8 months of durations. The total number of days for the project is 124 days. The workers had to form smart development of operations and functions. The fringe value had been considered for 20%. |
Constraints: The constraints of the project are the schedules, and resource allocation. The allocation of resource is a major source for the development of the project activities. The limitation of project budget to be less than AUD 50,000 would also serve the purpose of project operations. The project is also scheduled to complete in 8 months of duration. |
Budge Estimation: The estimation of budget is being developed by using resource allocation in the project. The development of project operations is being formed for forming support to the development of project operations. There are some development models that would help in easing the functions of development of operations. The direct costs would be evaluated in the project of estimation of budget. The simple and easy to use project would form the accommodate development of project in the organization. The direct costs like salaries of team members, costs of materials, and other costs would serve the known knowns of the project. The unknowns in the project include financial related risk management activities. These unknown factors would help in developing system modulation project.

- Ensuring the project operations are customer eccentric focusing on the needs of project
- Application developed is effective and study compliance

Security: It is the most primary object that faces the issues of development of operations at social media research centre
Performance: The functions of system would be incompatible with the development of operations
