Background of the Project

The project report is based on Swaggies Australian Gifts which is a franchised gift stores retailing authentic Australian products. Due to success of the franchised gift stores into NSW, the gift store is decided to expand their business into Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. The Wagga Wagga franchise of Swaggies needed to relocate the Administration Department and Sales Department for their premises. It involves of repainting and recarpeting of the office area. The total budget of the research plan is $30,000 and its timeframe is six weeks.

This particular organization claims that the product supplied to customers are purely authentic in nature. Swaggies management team has considered some kinds of issues in this project that is relocation of administrative and sales department to new place that is Baylis Street site. Manager has presented a certain number of guidelines for making certain number of renovation and movements. This project mainly focusses on the administrative area which is present in the Baylis street and is generally involved in purchasing of new equipment’s and furniture. The following project addresses a certain number of tasks like repaint of office premises, recarpet of office premises, purchase of necessary furniture, lastly purchasing of necessary equipment’s.

There are range of products which are sold in Swaggies stores that are gift boxes, jewelery, CD’s, videos, clothing, homewares. The main scope of Swaggies that is customer satisfaction, making use of useful products, presentation of products has been discussed in details. After that a risk management plan has been provided with respect to Swaggies store. Two important plan that is quality management plan and change management plan has been discussed.

Swaggies is focused to become the leading retailer in the world of Australian gift products. This aim can be achieved by providing the customers with idea or logic of unique type of selection of products at much competitive prices.
