Scope of Quality Management Plan

The existence of a nonconformance means that some aspect of an organization’s standard operating procedures are not being followed. Non-conformances are typically identified in the context of a quality management system audit. The auditor documents the non-conformance in a Non-conformance Report which is subsequently issued to a management representative who directs corrective action.

  1. Quality monitoring activities-

The quality management plan developed for the construction of the residential building in Adeliade and analyzed for finding the quality monitoring activity for the development of the project report. The scope of the quality management plan is acceptance criteria and the description of the project. The project is proposed to be completed in a year with the basement, ground and the first floor and the cost associated with the project is 16,325,450. The progress of the project is required to be reported per month (Walker 2015). The involvement of the stakeholder for the development of the project is required to be analyzed from the stakeholder register for the identification of the roles and responsibility of the stakeholder in the development of the project. The project manager is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project according to the project schedule developed and the monitoring activity includes measurement and dissemination of the performance of the project development process (Sears et al. 2015). The project risks are also analyzed and the project manager ensures that the project is developed according the risk plan created for the project.

The equipment’s available for the development of the project is also analyzed and project team member required for the development of the project is also analyzed for the completion of the project on the allocated resource and budget.

  1. Overview of the process that required change

The change management is required for the improvement of the quality for the development of the project. The change management can be applied by analyzing the possible changes that can be applied in the project and preparation of a plan for taking preventive measures and coordinating the changes for the entire project (Budayan, Dikmen and Birgonul 2015). A small rework is required that have a minor impact and the effect is required to be analyzed and a change in the process model is required to be applied considering the five stages such as identification, evaluation, proposal and approval of the project.

The process that requires changes for improvement of the quality for the development of the project are

  1. Identification of the change: An effective change management system is required and a relationship is required to be built with the requirements, malfunction and other components of the project.
  2. Evaluation and proposal of the change in the project development process: The possible impacts can be identified on the project and propose changes and a decision making system is required to be applied in the project development phase. The options available for the change is also required to be evaluated the cost and the time required for the development of the system is also analyzed for the development of the project (Fleming and Koppelman 2016). Further investigation is also required to be made on the outcome of the change and a new project plan is required to be prepared including g the cost and the resource allocated for the each phase of development.
  3. Approval of the changes: The changes that are identified and is required to be applied for the benefit of the project is required to be approved by the stakeholders and the management. The parties affected dues to change in the plan is required to be analyzed and a meeting is required to be arranged for maintaining a transparency in the business process (Schwalbe 2015). On approval of the change the contract of the project is also changed and on the rejection the change is rejected. If the change is necessary it can be enforced by other means also like in the form of CCD.
  4. Implementation of the changes: For the implementation of the changes in the organization the records are required to be kept regarding the relevant information and the change cases that can be required in future (Verzuh 2015). There is no requirement of important decision and a fully functional operational system is required for the confirmation of the aspects to be updated and all the parties involved in the project are notified.
  5. Analyzing the changes: The changes are required to be analyzed and the performance of the system with the application of the change is also analyzed by collection of the data from the implementation phase.
  6. How and by whom the requirement for change was identified

It is the responsibility of the project manager to identify the gaps in the project and incorporate changes in the organization for increasing the efficiency of the project. The scope of the change and the current needs of the project is required to be analyzed for the identification of the change in the system (Yan 2016). The project team is responsible to follow the proposed change and create a technical schedule and a project plan for approval of the change in the project development. The approval of the project is required to be gained from the stakeholders and the team affected due to the change in the plan. If approved a proper communication is done for the implementation of the change in the project plan.

The change in the project development can be done and meetings is required to be arranged between the stakeholders and the project manager for awaring changes (Lundkvist, Meiling  and Sandberg 2014). The progressions that are distinguished and is required to be connected for the advantage of the venture is required to be affirmed by the partners and the administration. The gatherings influenced contribution to change in the arrangement is required to be dissected and a meeting is required to be organized keeping up a straightforwardness in the business procedure (Leach 2014). On endorsement of the change the agreement of the venture is likewise changed and on the dismissal the change is rejected. On the off chance that the change is vital it can be authorized by different means additionally like as CCD.

  1. Monitoring schedule and implementation

Processes for Identifying Unsatisfactory Results

The project manager is responsible for the identification of the roles and responsibility of the team members developed for the project. The project manager should monitor the progress of the project according to the schedule and cost assigned for the development of each phase of the project (Fulford and Standing 2014). The change required for the development of the project is identified during the progress of the project and the risk associated with the implementation of changes in the organization is analyzed. The extent of the change and the present needs of the venture is required to be broke down for the distinguishing proof of the adjustment in the framework. The venture group is dependable to take after the proposed change and make a specialized timetable and a venture get ready for endorsement of the adjustment in the venture improvement (Vukomanovic, Radujkovic and Nahod 2014). The endorsement of the venture is required to be picked up from the partners and the group influenced because of the adjustment in the arrangement. In the event that affirmed a legitimate correspondence is accomplished for the usage of the adjustment in the venture arrange.
