Managerialism and Radanol’s Unique Approach

    This approach was developed by Taylor and it emphasizes on the planning of work by the management to be able to achieve efficiency, standardization of the work, specialization and lastly simplification. The leaders should also try to lead by example by being able to share risks and hardships. One of the leadership qualities that need to be embraced in the organization is stimulation of the intellect that leads to transformational leadership. A good leader should encourage the employees to express their creativity by offering new challenges and more support for the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. The group members need to be challenged to foster creativity by helping the members to go beyond their limits by not being discouraged by any barriers to success (Northouse,2012). 

As a leader in any organization one needs to be a good role model to the employees and to other stakeholders in the organization. This role model can be attributed to influence through transformative leadership. To be a great leader should express good behaviors and characteristics to be able to encourage their followers. The leaders try to take appropriate action and the other members or employees will emulate the leader because of his attitude and behavior. This will lead to good management of the organization and making of great decisions that will have an influence on the productivity of the organization (Teelken, 2012).

      Transformative leadership in any given organization will entail a focus that will help provide effective communication with the members of the group. The leaders should show concern and attention to the different members or employees both non-verbally and non-verbally. Another important way of leadership will involve a focus on providing efficient communication with the members. The communications can be kept open and this will ensure that the members and employees feel recognized and they feel that they have made contributions for the achievement of the organization.
