The project was proposed for Exxon Mobil Corporation to the inclusion of climate change information request with the aim of reducing emission of greenhouse gases from the companies which adversely affect the environment. The online response system is used for getting the positive and the negative comments on the climate change information request. The purpose of this project is to focus on the steps taken by the company in the direction of preserving climate and environment.  The analysis of the working culture of the enterprise helps in collecting required information about the process undertaken for productivity which is the major source of waste release in the environment. The presence of carbon content in the climate can affect the mental and the physical growth of the people, give birth to many chronic diseases, air pollution, acid rain, environmental degradation, increase in the level of global warming. It is the serious issue which is raised by the company to take positive measures to control the release of carbon into the atmosphere (Matsumura, 2014). The development of the strategic plan helps in controlling the amount of gases released into the environment. From the study, we have analysed that the difference in temperature occurs due to the growth of pollution in the surrounding area.

Practical Motivation

The emission of carbon compounds from the industries and companies are the major source which adversely affects the environment and the climate.

Various data has been collected which helps in predicting the ill effects of company waste on the environment.

Exxon Mobil Corporation is looking forward for sustainability and wants to become word largest company in gas and oil reserves.

The company is looking forward to change its equipment and technology and want to indulge eco-friendly working environment so as to reduce the emission of smoke and carbon.

The major concern of the stakeholder is to look upon the environmental problems which exist with the organization

The target should be set for getting the solution of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases in the environment

The negative feedback on the emission of waste products into the environment had been received by the company from various stakeholders and environmental experts.

Increase in the level of temperature of the company than the nearby surrounding area

Analysis of the site location which should be taken under consideration to determine the amount of carbon in the environmental condition of the location.

Theoretical Motivation

From the past environmental analysis report, It has been predicted that the crucial steps should be taken for to secure and protect our environment.

It has been found that the degradation in the environment can affect the financial and the non-financial condition of the enterprise.

The strategic plan should be developed for measuring the performance of the environment.

From the previous research we have found that the development of effective plan helps in reducing the amount of waste from the industries.

The work breakdown structure should be prepared for measuring the cost required, time management, and requirement for the project

The risk should be identified with the project so as to proactively prepare risks mitigation plan to avoid distraction at the end

The symmetrical arrangement of the information helps in achieving the target set for the organization.

The use of legitimacy theory helps in analysing the performance of the enterprise

The research hypothesis is based on the area of research question which were designed to conduct the research on the Exxon Mobil Corporation. The criterion of the research is measuring the adverse effect of waste produced by the organization on the environment. The focus should be given on developing the strategic plan for enterprise which should be designed to achieve the target of the organization. The focus should be given on the site location which should be taken under consideration to determine the amount of carbon in the environmental condition of the location (Glick, Bruce, and Naomi, 2011).

H0: The null hypothesis says that the environmental climatic changes are affected because of the Independent variable not on the dependent variable. The independent variables are responsible for generating carbon compounds into the environment.

H1: The relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable is responsible for affecting the climatic condition of the environment. The research study focuses on the hypothesis one for determining the co-relation between dependent variable and independent variable and their effect on the environment (Yeh and Liao, 2016).

Theoretical Motivation

The research hypothesis is used for collecting the data related to know the effect of dependent variable and the independent variable on the environment. In the given scenario of Exxon corporation, the dependent variable are categorised as melting of the glacier, rise in temperature, and availability of carbon content and the independent variable are categorised as Release of carbon and greenhouse gases from the Exxon industry (Zheng and Zhang, 2011). The analysis of the site location helps in collecting the required information related to the independent variable and dependent variable.

Melting of glacier

The sea-level get increased

DV: melting of the glacier

Analysis of the site location

Rise in temperature

Measuring the temperature of the environment near the Exxon Mobil industry. It is found that the temperature is higher comparing it with near by surrounding

DV: Maintaining records of rise and fall of temperature

IV: Release of carbon and greenhouse gases from the Exxon industry

Data collection from the site location

Formation of smog

Scientific Data collection and analysis

The study of the theoretical framework of the research study is depend on the effective management of research method to get required output to meet research agenda. In the curriculum program of research on Exxon Corporation, a framework has been developed which helps us to gather required information to come at the conclusion of innovative methodology which can be used by the enterprise for reducing the emission of carbon contents into the atmosphere which helps in bringing sustainability to the firm (Zhang, Yong, and Su, 2017). The integration of the practical and theoretical approach helps in arriving at the solution measures which can be useful for the organization to resolve the problem of carbon content into the environment. The online response system helps in collecting the negative and positive feedback from the stakeholders associated with the enterprise about the request placed for controlling the emission of carbon. The relevant data for the study is collected through the qualitative and quantitative measures.

Data collection approach

Methodology used

Description

Qualitative Approach

Interview

The face to face communication with the project owner and manager of Exxon corporation helps us in analysing the problem faced by the organization in controlling the emission of carbon (Sridhar, 2013).

Questionnaire

The questionnaire was arranged with the professional experts to know their concern about the request on climate change information (Brown, 2012)

Survey

The data is collected from the survey on the site location in analysing the problem faced by the local community people

Quantitative approach

Sampling

This method is used for measuring the difference in temperature of the climate near the industry and at distant places.

Use of statistical graph

It helps in analysing the difference in temperature and the measure of carbon content in the site location

Conclusion

The literature review on the working tactic of the Exxon Corporation helps in analysing the concern of the company to take step forward in restricting the emission of carbon and greenhouse gases into the environment. The analysis of the working culture of the enterprise helps in collecting required information about the process undertaken for productivity which is the major source of waste release in the environment. The development of the strategic plan helps in controlling the amount of gases released into the environment.
