Consensus decision making aims to reach agreement through collaboration, cooperation, team work, inclusivity and afford which give an achievement. There is some way to cohesion for the goal, firstly group members treat each other equally, secondly involved into their full concentration, and thirdly making the decision by consensus is not necessarily ideal of even desirable. The developing consensus can be time-consuming and difficult to achieve when there is urgency but not produce the best outcomes. Another way to think about consensus is the absence of objections. To overcome the task a group consensus, majority opinion holders must overcome any negligence of group members to accept the choice .consensus depends on the team leaders who has two responsibility, one, the leader is accountable for the efficient functioning of the team and secondly, the leads has to monitor the performance of the members .if the goal is fixed then the achievement has to be fulfil.

It is very much important to know the phases of team development before studying the strategies of improving team unity. This type of understanding will help to provide a considerable knowledge to answer to the threats and responsibilities of leading or monitoring a team. In the year 1965 British psychologist, Bruce Tuckman creates the concept known as the team development. There is a predominant mode or theory helps to understand the team dynamics and growth. Five adjourning: it is the final stage of group dynamics here the task is finished by the members otherwise rejected.          

Team performances majorly depend on the Group dynamics. In the case of team performances, the support of the group members is very much essential. If the team members are failed to support each other, that lead the team to the failure, and that is the hinder for a successful team performance. At the time of group performance, every member should help each other and support them from their back to perform well and achieve the primary goals. A good team is made up of God members who are connected with each other and share all the problems at the time of team crisis. So group dynamics is truly dependable to the team members, and team performance depends on the group dynamics.  Conflict, competition, etc. are the hinders or obstacles to building group dynamic that has an ill effect on the team performances. Lack of creativity- team leader, should have the quality of showing some creativity at the time of any task to a betterment of the team performances.

Lack of risk-taking ability: less number of risk taking ability lead the team dynamics towards the wrong direction. To show their ability to cope with the situation team leader should be the risk taker at some times.   

Outline Strategies To Ensure Team Members Have Input Into Planning, Decision-Making, And Operating Aspect Of Team Work.

There are various strategies to develop the team dynamics. As well as there are different complexities within the team that can hamper the team dynamics. Identification of the existing problem or issues within the team is very much necessary. That problem can be anything such as team culture, roles of employees or members, personality problem, a structure of a team. By improving those problem team dynamics can be developed. The team leader should maintain a distinct culture within the team or don’t disrespect the member of different cultural background. In a team, each member has their individual roles to play so leader should be careful about member’s roles that they are performing. In the case of personality problem members of a team should maintain or leave their personality issues behind at the time of working as a team. Reward, feedback and performance review helps to grow the team dynamics. These processes also increase the encouragement in the workplace.             

The team leader has the power to prevent the issues from arising. Identification ability of the team leader helps to identify the problem that can arise within the team due to any reason. Risk taking ability also helps to solve the arising problems by the team leaders. Working freely helps to think them and prevent or eradicate the issues regarding the work nor task.  These are the special skills of the team leaders. Those skills re helps or assist in preventing or solving the issues form arising. Due to this reason team members are supervised by the skilled team leader for better work or tasks.  

Brainstorming is the powerful weapon or strategy for solving the particular problem. It is not used to solve a particular problem or issues. It mainly used within the group. A person is come up with brainstorming ideas and share those ideas with every member. All the members were solving that particular problems with the help brainstorming ideas. There are few group of people specialised for brainstorming they are known as the ‘think tanks’. Those ideas are worked as strategies in the workplaces of the organisation. They are mainly used by the government, the military, etc. at first they identify the problems. After that, they are started to apply those ideas as the strategies to prevent the issues.          

To solving any types of issues or problems within the organisation team leader should ask for the solution to the team members. The team is made up of some individuals. Each member, as well as their discussions, are also important for the team. That why a team leader should take the particular decision at the time of facing any problem or issues. Individual discussions are necessary some time their decisions are worked as the various strategy that helps to solve the problems or issues during the struggle period. In this way, the individual discussions can be used as a solving strategy for issue resolution.
