The organization needs to provide suitable working condition to the employee and the health care management needs to specify some requirements which will be followed to increase the quality of the operation. Workplace diversity, equal employment opportunity, Social responsibility and employee well being are discussed below.

There are employers who pay little responsibility for the protection of the employee’s health and safety standards.
