RACI Matrix

There are certain assumptions that have been used for the development of the RACI chart for the Global Treps Project. The key assumptions have been listed below.

  • The skills and knowledge required for the assignment of the resources to execute the tasks and activities has already been identified and analysed in advance.
  • The finalization of the assignment of the roles and responsibilities will only be done after having discussion with the team members.
  • The inputs and willingness of the resources will be considered during the allocation of specific roles and duties to them.
  • The RACI chart will be developed during the planning phase of the project and will be approved by the senior management before communicating the same to the resources involved.
  • The communication mechanism used to share and inform the resources will be email and SharePoint location and it will also be discussed in the team meetings.

From the results, it can be concluded that the team is a mixture of introvert and extravert which makes it a perfect combination. Decisions will be taken on the basis of different opinions and suggestions which help in figuring out the best case scenario for the project.
