Personal communication: A crucial part of any organization

With respect to the sustainability of the organizations functions it can be stated that with the advent of technology, it is important for the organization to ensure that the different activities of the organization are carefully saved and kept a record for in order to ensure that the organization is successfully able to ensure the sustainability of the firm at large (Bell & Muir 2014).
